Owning Manhattan has gripped viewers since the new real-estate series first dropped on Netflix last week, with some claiming the drama is better than that of its predecessor, Selling Sunset.

The eight-part series follows property mogul Ryan Serhant's eponymous company and his elite army of agents as they compete to secure New York City's most exclusive luxury listings. 

With such high pressure, onscreen drama is inevitable - but the tensions have reached boiling point off camera too, with Jonathan Nørmølle, Jade Shenker and Chloe Tucker Caine among cast members embroiled in bitter spats in the wake of the fallout from the hit series.

Nørmølle, 27, has made it clear that he has no regrets about his actions, which saw him fired in the final episode.

He has since been slammed by former boss Serhant, as well as co-worker Shenker, for his conduct with fellow brokers and for the scathing comments he made about them in a since-deleted podcast.

Now, insiders have revealed his actions did not come as a surprise to other agents, many of whom had concerns about the decision to hire him in the first place.

'Not only was his conduct with others a cause for concern, but some believe he had inflated his level of experience before joining the company,' one insider claimed.

Elsewhere, a second source revealed that Nørmølle has retaliated against Shenker's recent claim that he is 'fake' by telling everyone she was not even supposed to star on the show.

'He keeps reminding everyone that Jade wasn't even part of the original cast,' a second insider revealed. 'There was another agent who ended up dropping out and that is when Jade got to join the show.

'Jonathan thinks she just wants her 15 minutes of fame and believes she hasn't even done as much of the real estate sales as she claims.'

Elsewhere, Caine has blasted Shenker on Instagram after the latter revealed to DailyMail.com that she had blocked her co-star for allegedly trolling her on TikTok.

'You guys saw five minutes of something that has being going on for months at this point,' the new mom fumed in a reaction video posted to Instagram. 'And you guys think I'm shady?'

Caine then went on to post screenshots of the pair's recent phone calls as she clapped back: 'Really??? We aren't close friends right now? This is how many times we've talked in the past 48 hours alone... 

Jonathan Nørmølle, 27, has made it clear that he has no regrets about his actions on the show, which saw him get fired in the final episode 

After being slammed by former co-worker Jade Shenker, sources have revealed that the outspoken broker continues to show little remorse for speaking his mind about the cast

'Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice?! (I don't remember the end of this saying but you get the gist!!!) FAME HUNGRY AF, ALWAYS WAS.'

The successful broker then went on to claim that she was the one who introduced Shenker to the person that helped her secure a $42 million building that first helped her become a Serhant agent.

Shenker was quick to hit back with a string of rebuttals on her Instagram stories, while also leaving comments directly under Chloe's posts as she appeared to remain unbothered by her estranged friend's claims.

Caine later found herself embroiled in an online scuffle with another former employee.

Former assistant Lindsey Welch had been a source of conflict for Caine and fellow agent Jordan March, after the latter hired the assistant shortly after Caine chose to part ways with her.

The issue led to a heated conversation between Caine and March in the second episode of the series before they later squashed the beef.

However, the comments made about Welch appear to have angered the staffer who wrote on Instagram: 'Put me on a pod too since you pushed the narrative that you "fired me" when the truth is we did not work out because you were an incompetent agent. 

Elsewhere, Chloe Tucker Caine took to Instagram to publicly voice her anger after Shenker accused her of being a troll on TikTok

In the show, the pair butt heads over how Caine behaved after Shenker opened up about the secret breakdown of her marriage to ex-husband Matt Denham 

'Also failed to mention you asked me to come back via text but go off.'

She then added: 'Let's set the record straight, I taught myself everything I know through trial and error - because no one poured into me.

'Across Chloe and Jordan's Team it was me behind $59,000,00+ sales that went to marked. I was accredited for nothing.'

Welch continued: 'It was extremely hurtful - especially seeing other being rewarded for mediocrity. It took me over a year to grieve and heal from that disappointment. I took it on the chin and have since started over from scratch as a solo agent.'

Caine snapped back on Instagram and wrote: 'Let's nip this in the bud now since people love to come out of the woodwork to try and spin the story to get their 5 minutes. Un-f**king-believable.'

Caine  took to Instagram to call out Shenker's comments and also refuted her claims that the pair were no longer close friends

Shenker was quick to hit back with sassy comments on the posts and rebuttals on her Instagram Story - which Caine continued to fight back against

She then shared a screenshot of a comment in which she had stated: 'Okay girl. you've been hired and first by every brokerage in NY, not to mention Serhant TWICE.

'I thought you did a great job and really wanted you to succeed. I still think you are very talented and that you were just going through a hard time which is why I continued to reach out and check on you. My bad'.

She added: 'Your moves were inappropriate and a bad look for my team and I let you go. Jordan did too in the end. It is what it is. End of story'. 

Welch clapped back: 'Hey girly, worry about closing a deal and taking care of your kid instead of posting about my sex life on the Internet.'

A third source stated that Welch was 'shocked' to see the way Caine - who she worked with in 2022 - had spoken about her on the show.

'It feels like Chloe hadn't stopped to think how her words and her comments online would impact Lindsey's life and career', the insider added. 

Meanwhile a fourth source confirmed that Welch was let go from March's team after working with the agents for close to a year.

'Jordan eventually did part ways with the assistant because her conduct with members on the team proved to be a problem,' the insider dished.

However, Caine soon found herself dragged into another online scuffle with a former employee who worked for herself and fellow Serhant agent Jordan March (pictured)

Once again, Caine hit back and claimed that Welch was let go because her 'moves were inappropriate and a bad look' for Caine's team - which Welch denied 

Caine recently hinted that she would stop sharing her issues with fellow cast members on social media and instead turn her focus back to her work

The recent drama comes after boss Ryan Serhant declared to DailyMail.com that he has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bad behavior from his staff.

The world-famous broker and CEO, 39, sacked Nørmølle after he bad-mouthed other agents. He also accused him of tarnishing the reputation of the business at the showing of a $10 million property.

'I have a one strike policy for toxicity and negativity,' Serhant explained. 'There are no bad apples. What you see me go through on the show, is while that term is easy to say, it's hard to put in practice...

'Sometimes you'll see some bad behavior, and my gut instinct is it's a one strike policy, you can't work here anymore.'
