This is the hilarious moment a family show off their natural footballing skills after they all accidentally head a stray ball when it lands in their back garden.

Amber Rees and her family were relaxing on their patio, enjoying this week's warm weather, when a rogue football disturbed their peace.

In the video - posted to social media - you can see a ball fly into the garden out of nowhere before hurtling towards a man, striking him right on the head.

Then, in what looks like an audition for the Three Lions England squad, the ball ricochets off his face and hits a woman who was sitting opposite him who then headers it towards Ms Rees' head.

After saying a few expletives the trio break out into a fit of laughter at the bizarre event that just occurred.

The 25-year-old from West Drayton in west London says she was left in stitches when she discovered her security camera had captured the funny moment.

Ms Rees said: 'You're not even safe in your own garden!'

Reacting online, social media users were full of praise for their football skills.

Sarah Cathryn said: 'The fact it got all three of you is actually impressive.'

Another joked: 'Whoever kicked that ball should be playing for England.'

Sammie described the fact it hit all three of them as 'pure talent.'

Ella said: 'I'm sorry but this is outstanding.'

Dolly Decay added: 'That's a hat trick.'

While the trio might not be joining the England squad just yet, Gareth Southgate's side is currently preparing for their next game of the Euros 2024 tournament in Germany.

On Sunday evening the Three Lions will face Slovakia in their round of 16 match in Gelsenkirchen.
