Trisha's mystery thriller series 'Brinda' gears up for a release!

Actress Trisha who was last seen in the Tamil film 'Leo' is gearing up for her digital premiere of the web series titled 'Brinda'. The telugu web drama is a mystery thriller and it is all set for its release on August 2.

The teaser has been launched and Trisha plays the titular role 'Brinda' in it. The teaser begins with a mystery ritual being carried out and the narration, “We may have anger, betrayal, and hatred within us.But it’s not with these that we should battle. Rather, fight with the good in us, making sure it doesn’t fade away,” resounds and the teaser slowly shifts gear giving us a glimpse of the thrilling ride.
Directed by Surya Manoj Vangala, the web series stars Trisha, Indrajith Sukumaran, Jaya Prakash, Aamani, Ravindra Vijay, Anand Sami and Rakendu Mouli. Speaking about the series that will be streamed on Sony Liv, director Surya Manoj Vangala said that it is a pan Indian series and with unexpected twists and a suspenseful plot the series will be engaging and people can connect it with their own beliefs. The director also promoting the series mentioned that the female led narrative series has the lead character with layered background giving more push to the genre.
On the work front, Trisha has quite a few projects in the pipeline in various languages that include 'Vishwambhara', 'Vidaa Muyarchi', 'Identity', 'Ram' and 'Thug Life' which are in different stages of production.
