Mrunal Thakur on Sunday took to social media to share glimpses of BTS from the sets of 'Kalki 2898 AD'. The actress played a cameo in the mythological science fiction film and she has now applauded the visual extravaganza of the film and shared a heartfelt note expressing her gratitude to director Nag Ashwin.
Her post read, "Absolutely blown away by the visuals of #Kalki2898AD.
The entire team has done a stellar job on this film! From the cast to the sets, to the music, to the VFX, the costumes, everything is just so well done! @nag_ashwin Garu hats off to you for your vision and for bringing this masterpiece to life."

Mrunal Thakur became a sensation after her films 'Sita Ramam' and 'Hi Nanna' in Telugu and the actress has now once again captured the hearts of the audience with her minute cameo in the Prabhas starrer. The actress is speculated to have played the role of Prabhas' mother in the film and it will be revealed only with the sequel.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film in 11 days has grossed over Rs 800 crore at the box office and the film has surpassed the 'RRR' and 'Jawan' overseas collections. The movie's cast includes Amitabh Bachchan. Prabhas. Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles with Disha Patani, Pasupathy, Shobana, Anna Ben, appearing in prominent roles. The film also had multiple cameo appearances of stars - SS Rajamouli, Ram Gopal Varma, Vijay Devarakonda, and Dulquer Salmaan.
