What are students saying
about Peer Support?

Peter Cassidy

Peer Assisted Learning Facilitator
Peer Assisted Learning has provided me with a rich and fulfilling opportunity to help those that are new to the university experience. The sense of accomplishment when you help another student to understand something is unique and thoroughly rewarding!

Megan McKone

Peer Support Student Coordinator
As you set up initiatives to improve Peer Support within your department, you really gain confidence and through managing volunteers, your leadership skills vastly improve.

Jade Drummond

Peer Support Student Coordinator
If I could give one piece of advice to someone who wants to become a Peer Support Student Coordinator, I would recommend that they fully immerse themselves in the university community so that a variety of students can relate to their experiences.

Alice Ferriday

Peer Assisted Learning attendee
I started PAL because I found the session I attended in first year really helpful and beneficial and wanted to help others like the sessions helped.
