Event Tickets

  1. Loughborough Students' Union operate a completely electronic ticketing system.
  2. All tickets purchased via the LSU Website or the Students' Union website are assigned to your Student ID. Tickets are non-transferable and must only be used by the purchaser. Any usage outside this may lead to your ticket(s) being revoked without a refund. Tickets purchased via the LSU Website and SU App contain the name of the Purchaser and these details will be checked against the Photo ID of the Purchaser at the venue entrance(s).
  3. You will need to have registered online with Loughborough University and opted-in to share your information with Loughborough Students' Union (LSU) prior to being able to purchase tickets.
  4. Students are permitted to purchase 1 x 'Guest Ticket' for one non-student guest. All guests must provide legal ID and enter the venue at the same time as the Lead Student Booker. Guest details are requested within the Checkout Process. When we collect data from you about a guest to register them as attending an event, you agree that you have notified any other person whose personal data that you provide to us of this privacy notice and, where necessary, obtained their consent so that we can lawfully process their personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Please ensure you have selected the right ticket/product for you before purchasing.
There are certain instances in which a refund may be given:
    • The entire event has been cancelled by the SU. In this instance, refunds are available to everyone who has purchased a ticket in advance, at face value. Please note that relocation of the event to a different venue will not qualify unless the capacity of the new venue is less than the number of ticket holders.
    • The event has been stopped whilst in progress due to circumstances beyond our control which may be deemed as too unsafe to continue. In this instance, a decision will be made by management as to whether refunds will be offered to those with tickets. However, refunds will only be given in special circumstances and as approved by management.
    • For events with headline artists, Loughborough Students' Union management reserves the right to change the billing as a result of external circumstances. Where the event has taken place, refunds will not be offered, but all efforts will be made to source an equivalent replacement headliner.
    • The event has sold out, and there are people waiting for extra tickets. In this instance refunds may be given, and the tickets then resold to people on the waiting list once the re-sale cash has been received in full.
    • In all instances management's decision is final based on the individual circumstances.
  6. You may be contacted via e-mail, text message, or phone, for the purpose of this event and ticket fulfilment.
