TICKET FAQs

Tickets for our standard club nights (Hey Ewe, FND, Incognito and The Indie Club) are released on LSU.co.uk and the Students' Union App each week at the following times:

• 5pm on Monday
• 5pm on Tuesday
• 9pm on the day of the event

Tickets are not available to purchase on the door, but you can buy tickets on our website and app at any point before last entry. This structure gives everyone an equal opportunity to access tickets, and prevents people from being turned away from the venue if an event is sold out.

We do not permit the transfer or resale of our tickets in any capacity to make sure nobody is getting scammed! You can ONLY buy tickets to our events from us, and if you attempt to use a ticket that was bought by someone else, you'll be refused entry.

We’re committed to making sure that everyone feels safe at LSU. That’s why we make sure that every student who comes into our venue has watched our short video and answered some questions to make sure that they understand what kind of behaviour we won’t accept from our students or guests.

To complete the quiz, sign into your account on our website and head to 'My Account' in the top right menu. From there, you can find the 'Don't be a Dick' module under the 'Training' tab.

After passing the quiz, it can take up to an hour for the system to acknowledge your completion — but after that, you shouldn't experience this issue.
