It can take up to 48 hours for us to receive and process updates, which may prevent you from logging in with your university username and password. 

Not sure if you are opted in?

You can check if you are opted in by going on the self-service portal under the "Data Usage Preferences" tab.

Opted Out?

If you have opted out of the students union. You will need to opt back in using the Loughborough University pre-arrival system to login to the website using your university credentials. Make sure you are opted in by clicking on the "Data Usage Preferences"
