Everything was perfect! Beautiful new full size fridge, stove and microwave. The kitchen was stocked with all you would need and the dishes were gorgeous. Spotless clean, and quiet. The pool was beautiful and there were outdoor games as well as a bonfire pit. Super close to everything! Owners and staff are amazing!

We loved staying here and wished we had more time to stay and play. Our cottage featured a new heat pump, two bedrooms, and three beds. The view was amazing and it was quieter than staying right up in Cavendish. We enjoyed stunning sunsets and star gazing from our Adirondacks, and having breakfast as a family on the picnick table. We had everything we needed - even a BBQ. Larry was so friendly and made us immediately feel welcomed. I'm really looking forward to staying again. This place is so homey, like a real family cottage.

Great quality for the price, rooms were clean and large with everything included (mini fridge, coffee machine, and air conditioner). Great location, close to Cavendish and Hunter River. Larry was very welcoming and nice to talk with. We will definitely be back! :)

Beautiful surroundings in the country. Water views to see oysters and mussels. Quiet, safe, free parking, no meal options but was referred to a local restaurant that was good. Robbins is in town for breakfast. Slept well on mattress topper.

Room was top notch! Really comfortable beds! Room had modern décor with really nice bathroom. Room was outfitted with fridge and microware. Service was very friendly and very helpful. Location was great and just minutes from beaches. Will definitely stay there again.

Great rate for a nice, simple room. Easy check in, and just as advertised. The decor in the room matches the area, very quaint & homey. Bed was reasonably comfortable, and the facilities were adequate - didn’t mind the slow-draining shower, but my girlfriend did 🤷♂️ Overall a nice spot, would repeat! A beautiful spot in the country

My little boy and I spent 4 nights here and were very happy with the motel room, pool and playground. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Larry was a pleasure to deal with before and during our stay! Great staff and great service!

I was looking for a place on the north shore for our family vacation. I read some reviews and decided to take a chance. So very glad I did. Charming and quaint but with all the amenities you need. Great location close to Anne of Green Gables, Thinder Cove, Orby Head and much more.

Mark and Larry are amazing. We stayed in cottage 2. Beautifully renovated, the heat pump was a life saver. Very close to everything, did some rounds of golf and went back to the cottage to barbeque. We loved it so much we booked again for September.

Loved staying here ! Great hosts , great room and a lovely location. No complaints :) Would definitely stay here again. The two hosts are very accommodating. We arrived after midnight and called to let them know. They left the room open and the light on for us.
