Beautiful surroundings in the country. Water views to see oysters and mussels. Quiet, safe, free parking, no meal options but was referred to a local restaurant that was good. Robbins is in town for breakfast. Slept well on mattress topper.

We were very happy with our stay here, in the quiet and comfortable two bedroom suite that we had while travelling with our child and dog. The kitchen is super well-equipped, and the motel is only minutes away from Rustico and a tiny bit farther to Cavendish, so it is very well-placed to visit that part of the island. We were also very happy to have a dog-friendly restaurant a one-minute walk away, as well as a great recommendation from the owners to a dog-friendly beach, also very close by. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.
The owner Larry is so nice and welcoming. He is also perfectly bilingual. We rented a cottage. It was much better than anticipated. It was very clean and well decorated.
Pool was very nice and warm.
There is also a common fire pit which is great.
It is possible to see stars at night.
It is near the town of North Rustico which is very charming with it's boardwalk by the water.
The only downside thing was the internet. It was slow and not working so well.

We had a one-night stay booked here, upon arrival we were greeted warmly and checked into our room easily. Our room was clean and well appointed. Everything has been updated, the beds were comfy and the AC worked great. My daughter loved the clean and sunny pool. The playground area and fire pit were a lovely touch. I wish we had more time with nearby beaches and great restaurants, you won’t regret staying here.
