Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience. Booked on line as sometimes they're not open if they don't have bookings. Three mysteries to solve and multiple rooms within each. We booked the King's Shilling and immediately afterward tried the Whodunnit room. Both move you from one room to another after solving puzzles. Each room has a series of clue cards, so you don't need to call for assistance. Very clever puzzles and several magnetic releases. Highly recommended. As indicated, we booked one escape online, and the owners were good enough to let us try another room immediately afterward.

This was a first class escape room experience. We did the Kings's Shilling, would recommend it.

We have been to a few escape rooms in different provinces and countries and this is by far our favorite!

The hints are provided in a unique way, with clue books near each puzzle. Each book has several pages. They start from a little hint and go to full answer. I liked this way because you didn’t have to wait for a staff member to give a clue.

My family and I had a great time at the Room Escape Cavendish. We ended up having so much fun with the first one that we went back and did a second one and probably would have done the third one if we had a chance. They were challenging but not too challenging. The hint books were useful when we got really stuck. The staff was friendly and helpful!

This is a great activity for a rainy day. The place is not that easy to find but still worth a stop. We played the Whodunnit scenario.

The good: The puzzles are hard bug not crazy hard. You definitely need to be quick to do it within an hour. Cute instructional video before you start. Staff is great and nice.

The bad: Looks in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are actually small, so you can easily step on each others toes. The rooms have clues to help, but this makes it very easy if you consult. Too tempting.

This is definitely a fun family activity. If you go, make sure to check every inch of the room and push/pull on everything you can push/pull. Enjoy!

Fun visit! A nice mix of puzzles…some easy, some tricky. Managed to escape the Illuminati room with just over two minutes to spare. Whew!

Room Escape Cavendish was a great experience for both my daughter and me. We have visited a number of escape rooms and really enjoyed the different puzzles in the Illuminati room. All were challenging but not impossible. We were happy to escape after using some of the hints provided in the room. See you next year when we're back in the area!

We did “Who Dunnit” we are a family of 3 with a 10 year old. The man and woman who hosted us were extremely friendly, sat us down to watch an informational video ahead of entry. Once in we had 1 hour to finish. The room is very well done, there are optional hints available in the room, that you can choose to use or not, we needed to use them quite frequently, as our 10 year old was getting frustrated (this was her first escape room) we did not escape, but the host gave us a few extra mins and a nudge to help us figure out the end. We enjoyed ourselves very much, and will return!

Really enjoyed Camelot and the Quest for the Holy Grail. Puzzles were just the right amount of challenge and the rooms and story were well developed and very interesting. Staff were very friendly. Our group would definitely enjoy a return visit..
