Service was awful. They never answer their phone and no one is at the front desk. The “suite” is a closet as the second room has no windows. They only gave us one set of keys and lock the doors at night. We were locked out several times. The rooms are also outdated with popcorn ceilings.

It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The room was perfect and the balcony views were incredible for sunrise and sunset We plan on going back. The location was perfect. It is close to the center of Ogunquit so we were able to spend quality time in Ogunquit.

Beautiful views from outside our room. Unfortunately, the windows were very dirty and we couldn't see out them. The hotel is nice, pillows are great and shower is very nice. The breakfast is an additional charge, so we went out for breakfast. There is a resort fee which doesn't really cover anything. If you want to kayak, that's an additional charge.

make sure you get a room with a balcony as the views are great.
The property all around is very clean and well updated.
They did a good job adjusting for Covid-19 restrictions and regulations.
Location is good especially if you want to be a bit off all the hustle and bustle.
Suggested improvements:
pool can be updated a bit.
Would be great to have microwaves in the rooms.
Breakfast could be much improved.

We have visited a number of times and are pleased every time. Excellent breakfast and great location. Very clean rooms and staff is always eager to help. Family friendly and the kayaking is great to have on site

We stayed at this hotel at the end of Sept 2020. Despite Covid-19, we were still able to take a breakfast with us from the lobby, all grab-n-go items. The view of the Ogunquit River was amazing! Woke up early to get some great pictures of the sunrise. The front desk staff was helpful. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Hope to stay there again soon!

The best way to describe this place is a luxury all the way. I highly recommend that you get a suite that faces the water. The rooms are incredibly generous in size. The the bed is extremely comfortable and you will have one of the best sleeps you ever had in your life. Patrick Scarlett and the rest of the staff at this amazing inn are fabulous. Thank you. Comfortable bed, clean room, great balcony with a view. Pool was refreshing. Responsive and friendly staff.
Room key was a bit temperamental. It is a hike to the farthest building from parking lot, nothing they can change but good information to know as you book your room.

This hotel offered a large clean room and a really nice location on the river. The room smelled a little musty upon entering but was ok. Plenty of options for juice, cereal and yogurt for the grab and go breakfast. I would consider this hotel again just for the location and view. Did not get to kayak as it was closed on the day we tried.

Patrick and Euvan at the front desk were very nice and helped my family out. Comfortable beds and amazing view ! Nice breakfast and a pool to jump in after a long day exploring. Hotel is right on the bay and has a river that runs along the side of the hotel. Amazing sunsets.

As per your question. if we have an elevator? Unfortunately We do not have one on any of our buildings. All upstairs room are accessed by one flight of stairs.
