Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles: Tracy Tutor and Josh Flagg bond over his soap opera appearance on Days Of Our Lives - after clashing on show

Tracy Tutor and Josh Flagg after clashing last year bonded over his soap opera appearance on Wednesday's season premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.

The season 15 episode titled 'Just When You Think You've Seen It All...' showed Josh, 38, coming over to visit Tracy, 48, to watch daytime TV together.

'I have a recurring role on a soap opera,' Josh said while sitting with Tracy.

He added in a confessional: 'Days Of Our Lives contacted me and asked me to play the role of an aggressive businessman with an affinity for cocaine. Don't know whether I should be flattered or I should be very upset that they thought I would play that role well.'

Tracy said she was 'stoked' and already had his scene queued up.

'Turn it up,' Flagg said as he appeared on screen.

His character named Yuri Kasnov was shown meeting people at a restaurant and then excusing himself for 'an energy boost'.

'As a graduate of the University of Southern California, with a theater degree, I would give you, like, a B,' Tracy said to Josh in a confessional.

'Well, they asked me back for a second time. They thought Yuri resembled my character in real life,' Josh said.

'Really?,' Tracy said.

'A cocky, arrogant, a**hole,' Josh added as Tracy snorted in laughter.

They both said 'tune in next week' and then Josh asked Tracy to give him a pedicure.

'Oh, my God, look at your pinky toe! It's like a nub,' Tracy said.

Josh earlier in their conversation claimed that Josh Altman, 45, screwed him after they went to a listing appointment together for a property on Readcrest Drive in Beverly Hills.

'I'm not supporting someone who f***ing hijacked a listing that we went on together. F*** that,' Flagg said.

Flagg claimed that Altman didn't even have the courtesy to tell him and he saw it on the MLS, a database of homes for sale in a region.

'He didn't tell you?,' Tracy said.

'That was the part that I was so butthurt about,' Flagg said.

'Usually, when you go on an appointment with somebody as a co-listing agent, you stick to it. There are 100 times that I have gone on listing appointments with Josh, and we've teamed up together,' Flagg said in a confessional.

He added: 'I actually value the relationship and conduct myself in the way that I would want him to, and I see that he's not playing by the same rules. That's when it bothers me, and it hurts my feelings.'

Altman and his wife Heather Altman held an open house for the Readcrest house that had been on the market for 18 months with multiple agents trying to sell it.

They decided to stage the unpermitted lower level to show its potential, even though it could not be included in the official square footage.

Tracy during the open house told Altman that Flagg was upset with him, but Altman denied any wrongdoing.

Altman grew frustrated at the end of the episode as the owners of the Readcrest house had been offering short-term rentals on the property, which hindered his ability to show it to potential buyers.

He acknowledged that carrying costs on the property was about $100,000 to $140,000 a month and the owners were renting it short-term to make money.

'In the short-term, it's great. In the long-term, you're just putting a band-aid on a wound that is just gonna keep going and going,' Altman said in a confessional.

He asked Heather how much they had spent on the listing and she said they were at $18,653 and Altman said he needed to talk to his co-listing agent.

Tracy during the episode also was looking to expand out of Los Angeles and was taking on a listing in Laguna Beach, California.

The impressive home near Crescent Bay Beach was going for $8,999,000, but Tracy convinced the developer to consider starting at $8,775,000.

'In my opinion, they need to be at $7,995,000, but bullying your clients into a price that they don't wanna sell for before they're willing to sell it at that number, is never the answer,' Tracy said in a confessional.

Flagg also was shown trying to convince his friend Carly to sell her property and abandon her expensive construction project.

He got an offer of about $16.5 million for her lot from a buyer interested in building a tennis court, but she remained hesitant about giving up on her plans to build her dream home on the property.

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles will return next week on Bravo with an episode titled 'I Hate to Say I Told You So'.
