Mia Goth allegedly told an extra who has accused her of kicking him on the set of MaXXXine that 'nobody will believe you because you're nothing'.

In January it emerged  James Hunter - who worked on the third and final installment of the X trilogy - was suing Goth, 30, for battery amid claims she 'bullied' and 'intentionally kicked' him in the head while he was playing a bloody corpse on set.

The background actor is suing Goth - who is married to actor Shia LaBeouf -  for at least $500,000 for battery as well as director Ti West and A24 for wrongful termination.

Now accuser Hunter has given fresh details of the alleged incident, claiming Goth followed him after the alleged kick and called him a 'big baby'.

Speaking to DreadCentral, Hunter recounted the alleged incident saying: 'On the fourth or fifth take, I’m laying on the left side of my ear. I hear her; she runs by me, and I hear her boot clamp down right next to my ear. And I thought, oh, well, it’s dark out. She’s not really getting a beat on exactly where I’m laying.'

He says he alerted the second assistant director of this who reported his concerns to the rest of the crew - and claims there was a 'noticeable pause' before shooting resumed.

He said: 'In the very next take, it is the same thing, except I got kicked, and I felt it. I heard the dirt and the leaves or grass rustling next to me, so I knew that she knew where I was. She runs up to me, but instead of stopping … I feel and hear her shuffle right before she gets to me. I get kicked.'

Hunter claims he was left in 'tremendous pain' from the kick - but vowed to carry on due to being promised multiple days of paid work. He also says he informed the crew of the kick - with the shoot being halted.

He further claims that shortly after the alleged incident while he was in a portapotty - Goth allegedly pushed open the unlocked door to confront him.

He says he was 'standing and turning his head over his shoulder to Goth, who was in the doorframe' before he began to apologize and explain he was using the stall.

Hunter claims Goth said to him: 'Nobody will believe you because you’re nothing. Get the f*** off my set, you big baby.'

He claims to have written down the exact words on a nearby call sheet so that he would remember them.

Hunter says he believes Goth was insinuating no one would believe him if he said that her kick was 'done purposefully and with malice'

A24 said in a statement to DailyMail.com: 'The claims made in the complaint are simply not true. As this is in active litigation, we cannot say more at this time but continue to vigorously defend Mia and the entire filmmaking team against these extremely baseless allegations.'

Goth said to The New York Times recently about the case that she 'could not address the lawsuit filed by an extra against her, West, and A24, alleging that she intentionally kicked him on the set of Maxxxine.

'She did say that she was ‘very grateful for A24’s support’.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Goth and A24 for comment.

In the January lawsuit obtained by TMZ, claimed Goth 'intentionally kicked' him in the head with her boot during a take, which he said caused him serious pain, neck stiffness and ultimately a concussion.

He claimed that no medical assistance was provided on set and that he continued to get mistreated by Goth as she allegedly approached him in the bathroom and 'taunted, mocked and belittled' him.

He also alleged that because he had to wear a robe and be covered entirely in fake blood for the scene, he had to suffer more uncomfortable circumstances.

He said he had to lay down on the ground and play dead for several hours, which entailed him 'enduring ants and mosquitoes'.

He also claimed the fake blood had dried and caused the robe to stick to his body, which became painful to remove.

On the drive home, he alleged that he 'nearly passed out twice' during the trip due to headaches and pain.

Following the incident, he claims he was wrongfully terminated and taken off of the production.
