Britney Spears is said to have split from her boyfriend Paul Soliz three weeks ago over fears he was using her for clout.
According to sources, the singer, 42, is 'not hurt over the break-up' and has found solace in spending time with her older brother Bryan, 47, who has moved into her huge mansion.
Britney, 42, shared and then deleted an Instagram post on Sunday night in which she declared herself ‘single as f**k', in the wake of her split from her former housekeeper, who is also a father of nine.
An insider told TMZ: 'Britney and Paul split around three weeks ago, and they were done once the singer realised her former maintenance worker-turned-boyfriend was only using her for the luxurious lifestyle.'
The source added it was Britney's decision to end it with Paul after seeing his 'true colours' and the singer has made it clear to her security guards he is no longer on the entry list to her luxurious mansion.

In the wake of the break-up, Britney has been spending time with her brother Bryan.
The siblings have recently taken trips to Las Vegas and Cabo, with Bryan reportedly moving into Britney's home around the time she ended her relationship with Paul.
The insider said Bryan didn't move in because of the break-up, rather that he had been living close by and it made more sense to be under one roof as they were spending a lot of time together.

‘She chose her children and her well-being over Paul,’ a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. ‘They did not get along and, in fact, he did not treat her how she deserves to be treated.
‘He was nothing but a rebound and she recognizes this. But she has contact with her children again and this is what is most important to her.
‘This has made her feel whole again and she realized that in their absence she was seeking something or someone to fill the void but no one can.’

On Sunday night the Grammy-winning singer shared a photo from Instagram account The Random Vibez which read: ‘Her attitude is savage but her heart is gold.’
She captioned the shot: ‘Single as f**k!!! I will never be with another man as long as I live!!!’
She later deleted the statement, simply leaving a credit to The Randon Vibez.
Paul was first linked to Britney as a cleaner and handyman on her staff, but reportedly later became her lover, in the wake of her split from ex-husband Sam Asghari, 30. The pair divorced in May.
Hours after the divorce was finalized Paul was pictured alongside the singe rwhen she was flanked by paramedics on leaving Chateau Marmont wearing nothing but a blanket and underwear while clutching a pillow – initially sparking fears for her mental health.
But now she appears to have dropped the handyman in favour of throwing everything into rebuilding her relationship with her sons, who she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, 46.
'Britney has been speaking to, and working on, her relationship with Sean Preston and Jayden for months now,' an insider told DailyMail.com last month.
'The boys have so much love for their mother, as she does for them. Things are fully back on track and they are looking forward to the future together.'
Britney confirmed things were back on track on Instagram when she recently shared a picture of her brother Bryan.
'Looking pretty dapper,' she wrote alongside the photo. 'I sent it to my kids and I think that they got jealous because they said "that's a filter...that's not real."'
