WELCOME TO RUTHERFORD! 

Rutherford can be found in the student village, the heart of the University, one of the best locations amongst some of the best people in Loughborough. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the library, close to both gyms and is only a stone’s throw from the Spar (student shop) and Papa Si’s (campus takeaway) and less than 5 minutes from the Student Union. 

Rutherford is also a catered hall meaning residents are provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner from Monday through to Friday. This means (depending on how you look at it!) that you only need to survive the weekends cooking for yourself or that you have the freedom to cook whatever you want. The dining hall is a great way for you to catch up with your mates or meet new people during the week and throughout the year.

What are Hall Subs? 
Hall Subs are a membership fee that goes towards arranging events and activities within your Hall of Residence for the whole (or part of a*) year.

There are a number of different Hall Sub Packages including: 
First Year Hall Subs, Returners' Hall Subs, Affiliate Hall Subs, and Single Semester Subs.
