Course Reps

What are
Course Reps?

Normally, every part of every course across the University has a Course Rep. Course Reps are fellow students on your course who have volunteered to collect student feedback and raise this to your Department on your behalf. They are a vital link to ensure your voices are heard and that positive changes are implemented. If you have any feedback relating to your course, they should be your first point of contact. You can speak to your Reps virtually or in person at any point throughout the academic year. To become a Course Rep, you will need to complete an application form during the Course Rep appointment periods (Mar-Apr and Sept-Oct).

Please note: At our London campus, we have Institute Reps instead of Course Reps. The responsibilities of the roles remain the same, however, Institute Reps collect feedback and represent all students within their Institute rather than on their course. We normally have two Reps per Institute.
