The trip is a family affair as her husband Tom Kaulitz, 34, mother Erna Klum and kids Leni Klum, Henry and Johan are all along for the fun.
The America's Got Talent judge, 51, was spotted with her family on an outing on the Italian island.
The German model looked pretty in a short floral dress, statement necklace and mirrored aviator sunglasses.
She wore her blonde hair down and in loose waves as if she was fresh from the beach as the family did some shopping in La Piazetta in the Province of Sassari.

On Saturday, Heidi shared some short video clips of her day at the beach with Tom on her Instagram Story.
In it, she can be seen rocking a black bikini better than women more than half her age.
She also gets a massage from her hunky husband on the beach and shared a silly selfie that cut off most of his face.
Heidi, who celebrated her 51st birthday earlier this month, has been married to the Tokio Hotel rocker 2019.
She's 16 years older than him and previously addressed their age gap in an interview with Glamour UK.
'I'm 50 and no longer 20. I'm not a young girl who hasn't experienced anything yet or has no idea about life,' she acknowledged last year.
'Time won't stand still for me and Tom will never catch up with me. I'll always be 16 years older, and I'm aware of that,' Heidi continued.

'I know that I will look older than him sooner. Maybe it will be a problem for me in ten years' time, maybe he won't like it then,' she reflected.
'In 20 years, I'll be 70. I usually plan for the future – but with my husband, I live in the here and now.'
She was previously married to singer Seal from 2004 to 2015 and hair stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002.
The mother of four shares Leni with her ex, Italian businessman Flavio Briatore, and sons Henry, 18, Johan, 17, and daughter Lou, 14, with Seal.
