Arrived 6/1/2024 waiting in line to check in for a very long time no water or drinks available at all with the heat was unbearable. Only to be told after standing in the line at the front desk that I needed to go to Guest Services. They didn't bother to tell me on the first day that I could choose the places we wanted to eat each night all up front on the 1st day so I didn't have to get up early on VACA to get a someone to take me to Guest Services to pick and get a reservation ticket for dinner that night. Three days in they said no you can pick it now for all week would have been nice if they told me that up front. The first morning there you will get a phone call in your room saying the cart gentleman is ready to pick you up for your breakfast and to be ready in 15 minutes etc., and when you think your getting special treatment is only to take you to breakfast and then they come back to pick you up and take you to the VIP section for more less a time share presentation that I never signed up for. If you don't purchase or buy in then you are left to fend for your self the rest of the trip and treated as a no body. Building 40 the whole building was out of water I had shampoo in my hair and Letterly had trickles of water coming out. This went on for two days and finally into the 3rd day it got fixed and I figured out that the only way you get water is take a cool shower which wasn't all that bad considering how hot it is there.
Then... the HVAC quit working and in our room and we asked to be transferred and there was no openings, therefore we had to sleep in 79 Degrees for two days and finally got a room change from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor with air. NOW REMEMBER no elevators so if you have medical or knee issues you must request the bottom floor before you arrive or make a reservation which I don't suggest this Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort beware !!!!
Last but not least I wanted to purchase some Jewelry at the resort to take home and they said they didn't get my funds off my debit card which they did and I had to leave without my Jewelry and told them to figure it out and refund my money. I was not happy !!! worst VACAY ever is down in the books for me.
The ride to the airport to go home I paid for two days in for $55 Dollars to get back to the airport was an hour late for picking us up. After I left resort ....sorry it's not a resort at all in my eyes they did finally refund my funds to my account for the Jewelry that I didn't get. Crazy ride for a week don't suggest this location and area. Thanks from your friendly truthful traveler from TN to abroad.

Great place friendly customer service just needs few renovations Leandro from customer service was very helpfull amd friendly got us the reservations we needed. We will definately come back to the property staff is great entertainment staff is even better.

Pillows are fluffy and comfy rooms are spacious also service is amazing people are very attentive and also rooms are very ...food and drinks are great beach area cabanas are beautiful best get away if you want peace of mind or birthday and many activities
