Fantastic dining experience from the team at Quirat. The food was delicious and service was outstanding. The chef is a Michelin star chef and I don’t think it will be long until the restaurant earns it’s star(s). This was one of the most memorable dining experiences of my life. I greatly appreciated that they were knowledgeable and able to accommodate for a gluten allergy without compromising taste or presentation. I can’t wait to go back!

Seriously good food!! This place should have a 10 month wait list. Had the 12 course tasting menu. Every single plate mas impeccably presented and prepared. Wine pairing with Spanish varietal grapes was excellent and very well priced. This place is really worth trying!

This is an excellent restaurant worthy of its Michelin star. There are only 2 menu options: the 18K and 24K. I had the 24K with 12 courses. That sounds like a lot (and it is) but the portions make it all work. Quirat really focuses on the ingredients that are sourced locally and they shine in every dish: no frills, too many different textures or strong sauces that take you away from the essence. The sauces used complement the key ingredients. The staff are very friendly, can answer your questions on the provenance of the ingredients and pay attention to you throughout the meal. Wonderful evening.

acclaimed of one Michelin star restaurant, food venue focus in seafood. service is top notch, food presentation and temperature is good, wine expertise is little limited. given my husband was under the weather, the lobster dish taste funny on his palate. Perhaps dishes need to have options of other diners who are into other protein than seafood, also if vegan. Dishes lack of chance to tell story , make connection to the chef. One person did ask me for input at the end of meal, I said food dishes need to make connection and tell a story. Also would be good if chef come out greet all his patrons occasionally , to make connection to people who dine in.

This is a real gem where I was able to taste creative dishes made with local. Every staff was treated us very well and explained every single dish. Wine paring was also exceptional. I would say this restaurant will be popular pretty soon. I am glad that we had dinner like this.

A lovely restaurant, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, as one would expect from a Michelin rated restaurant. Flavors were excellent, especially great in surprising combinations such as smoked eel with fresh tomato, pickled olives, and basel cream. The grilled oyster was very large, while the cod was pretty small. Lobster with teo sauces wonderful. I did not love the lamb cheeks, but the osetra caviar was delicious. The best part of this meal was dessert served in three courses. I have never had such great desserts any where and I’ve been to many fabulous restaurants. Bravo!

Service was impeccable. Staff were very attentive and exactly how a service should be.
Food was divine. It was heavenly but some people may find it too adventurous. There are some dishes that needs minor tweaking but the thoughts and effort in thinking about the dish is felt and definitely appreciated
Happy to dine there again. I am super super uber fussy and it did not disappoint.

Restaurant that deserves its star, that's for sure. The only advice to give to visitors who can't stand typical Spanish dishes that are salty, such as bacalau, is to mention it at the start of the meal. Dessert this evening was unusual:
a black sesame ice cream with a black garlic sponge cake, but subtle. Very interesting and reasonably priced wine list.
