Perfect location when you arrive/departure with the airport bus, the bus takes under 15 minutes and you have 2-3 minutes walking to the hotel. If you arrive with car it’s really easy to drive straight in to the hotel and perfect parking in garages. Small but nice hotel with clean and modern room. Friendly and service minded reception.
10-15 minutes walking to La Rambla but lots of nice small tapas bars around the hotel. Have been here several times and like special the easy way to arrive/departure the airport, Euro 10.50 for a two way ticket with the airport transfer bus every 5 minutes.

What a cute hotel. Although not as grandeur as the hotels in North America, this one has the necessary space and lighting for your stay to make you comfortable. It’s not a very busy hotel in comparison to those in the core strip of La Rambla, which can be trekked to and from within 40mins each way.

The hotel location is ideal for visiting main central areas of Barcelona. It is in a relatively safe and lively neighbourhood near the Arena de Barcelona with walking distance to local restaurants, pubs and tapa tapa.

The room is hardwood flooring throughout. Bed is nicely tugged in with a medium hard mattress decorated by three nice pillows of varying heights and softnesses. The room is dark when blinds are closed giving you that much needed rest. It’s in a quiet area and you will sleep well. You don’t hear much of your neighbour except when the toilet is flushed. The room has a small fridge tugged underneath a long table. Room includes free WI-FI with good internet speed. The bathroom is clean and is decorated with green ceramics marbles. Hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush & toothpaste , comb, paper towels, shoe polisher and even a shaver.

The shower head has great pressure and the drain in the tub is quick, leaving no staying water. My only complaint is the water dripping onto the floor when shower because the glass divider is not well sealed at the bottom.

Get the breakfast option for your stay as it is well worth it and is excellent. The restaurant/breakfast area is very inviting and is in a spacious setting. You won’t feel crammed. It also has a very nice patio for the smokers or for those loving the outdoor heat.

We would stay here again.

I stayed here for one night at the beginning of this year and had a great stay in this neighborhood. The room was a little dated, but overall very functional. I also appreciated that free parking was included in the hotel's underground garage. The bed was just soft enough for me for one night. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Our flight was cancelled so we only stayed in this hotel until our new flight 2 days later, so I am at least thankful to have stayed here rather than at the airport. At the very least, it is a place to stay. But, you will not have a good sleep here. The rooms are not well sound proofed so you can hear everything everyone is doing, so much so that the guests staying next door to us sounded like they were in our room when moving around at night. You can hear every conversation. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Other downsides include a lack of plugs by the bed, wifi that kept dropping off, there was also no plug by the kettle, the tea and coffee provisions aren't great (paper cups, plastic stirers, you don't even get little milk sachets, but thank you to the lady who got us a whole jug of milk at reception when we asked), and the shower plug was blocked so the tray filled up and overflowed very quickly. Overall, not a good stay but at least we had somewhere to stay! The only upsides were that the location isn't bad, about a 15 minute walk from La Rambla, and the curtains are good blackout ones.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights! The hotel location is good and the hotel is clean. We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Our room was cosy but the walls were superthin, had zero noise cancellation! We could hear The guy in the room next door to us the whole time, every time he talked/coughed/ sneezed or used the loo. The first night was so bad, I had to go buy earplugs so I could sleep for the next 3 nights!! Such a disaster.
There was complimentary 2 bottles of water on the day of check in, which was nice and For tea and coffee they provided 2 disposable cups on the first day and there was no replenishments for tea coffee spoons or cups for the next 2 days so I had to go out and buy everything. There are no irons in the rooms and if you want to iron your clothes, you need to take it to reception and there they have a small room where you can iron your clothes.
Was a bit disappointed with check out too as were were being overcharged. when we checked out the lady advised that we owed 42 euros for parking and when I said to her, how is that possible as we only hired the car for 1 night and the price was 1 night was 21 euros and asked her to check and without checking she said, okay pay $21 euros then.
Wasn’t the best stay!! Definitely not coming back or recommending!!

The location of this hotel is good. It is a few hundred meters away from Plaza Espanya, which is also the nearest metro station.
The room was good, and the breakfast was quite ok (included in my price) and nice to have on the terrace.
Service was polite, but I had to wait a few times to get service.

I attended a fair and stayed in this hotel, good location, helpful staff, do not understand why
there is an empty mini-bar in the room. however positive judgment, breakfast is ok. No place to take a taxi, there is no space outside the hotel. Good walking to Plaza de Catalunya, only 1.800 meter.

I have stayed in this hotel due to a trade fair in Barcelona. The hotel was recommended by the organization, so we have booked over their system. The price was not very expensive and the location was OK. We knew this hotel while it was part of the AC hotel chain.
Since then, the things have changed quite a lot. I have booked for three nights and I got a very bad room. It had a "nice" view over the lifts. I could not open the curtains because anyone in the corridor could see me. The first night was OK, the second was worse and I felt like trapped during the third night. I recommend everyone to skip from this kind of room.
The size of the room was OK, although I could not put my little trolley into the cupboard. It was like living in Lilliput!!!! Additionally, there was no central heating in the room, even though there was in other rooms. There were two switches for some kind of heating but never worked. However, there was a horrible engine noise coming from the ceiling.
The bathroom was clean but you have to be very athletics to get into the shower, as there were no more than 30 centimetres between the sink and the bath and you have to push the protection glass from the shower. Otherwise, it was impossible to get into the shower. I cannot imagine a worst design in the bathroom!!!
The quality of breakfast is not what it used to be when AC was managing the hotel. The buffet was very limited: two types of bread (not even seeds bread), three pieces of fresh fruit for everyone, no low-fat yogurts, no ham, only iberic ham, three types of coffee (only from the Nespresso).... This was clearly a less than three star buffet. Moreover, when I tried to take an apple with me, I was encouraged to leave it as "it was not allowed to take food from breakfast"!!!!
I think I will never go back to this hotel and I think they should improve their service and value if they still want to be competitive out of the AC chain.

Dear "nadsip", The hotel is close to the port, around 10 - 15 minutes by taxi from here, but it always depends on the traffic. About the price, it will cost around 15€ - 20€ maximum, depending always on the pieces and people you are (more peces = more expensive). Kind regards, Carla. Front desk
