This is an excellent restaurant worthy of its Michelin star. There are only 2 menu options: the 18K and 24K. I had the 24K with 12 courses. That sounds like a lot (and it is) but the portions make it all work. Quirat really focuses on the ingredients that are sourced locally and they shine in every dish: no frills, too many different textures or strong sauces that take you away from the essence. The sauces used complement the key ingredients. The staff are very friendly, can answer your questions on the provenance of the ingredients and pay attention to you throughout the meal. Wonderful evening.
