Food is outstanding. We took a first dish to share based on Oysters from Galícia, “Zamburiñas” and “Navajes”. All of them were best quality ones. Then for second dish the rice with clams was superb, extremely tasty. It’s really convenient that you can order a “paella” for a single person and that you Don’t need a mínimum of two persons, as they require in many other restaurants. So delitious were as well las ‘Cocochas al pil pil”, a dish very difficult to cook properly. Then we had as well an amazing japanese rice with gorgonzola cheese and mushrooms. When you get in this restaurant you get a double menu, one belonging to Rias De Galícia and the second one belonging to restaurant Kru, more japanese style. This is why we could order both types of cuisine at the same time. Desserts were all of them outstanding as well. We had a very nice experience in there.

Perfect in every way! Daring and fascinating combinations and presentation of a large variety of fish and seafood. So fresh and tasty! Get one of the menues, it's good you'll discover the real perfection and specialty of this hidden gem. The service was perfect thanks to our friendly and professional staff with roots on the Atlantic coast. He knew all about the fish that were served, offered great wine pairing and was very attentive without becoming obtrusive. Take your time enjoying every one of the various and exquisite courses, don't be rushed :-). Highly recommended, think of making a reservation, especially during high season

Stunningly good food. Had lunch over a day layover in Barcelona. Selection is very varied on seafood with excellent quality ingredients. Oyster, angulas, sea urchin absolutely top notch and impeccably paired and served. Yes, this quality does Not come cheap, but that’s anywhere. Will definitely return!!

The restaurant was recommended by my guest services advisor from Intercontinental Hotel, Barcelona. Since I did not feel well, I defaulted to items on the menu I was accustomed to; I had the Mahi Mahi with rice and vegetables. The food was delicious, but I cannot trumpet enough how amazing the service was. The employees of the restaurant received a call in advance to expect me. I was treated like royalty. Gracias, Rias de Galicia Staff for a fantastic experience!

We have been to this restaurant a few times and its one of the better in Bcn for seafood. Just had a bad experience this time as my wife got food poisoned, most likely by oysters (she had oysters and seafood soup). Not pleasant and not very understanding restaurant when we reported this the day after.

Fish was excellent both crudités and cooked. Octopus softly and flavor. Turbot was delicious. Service good and professional. Location a bit old fashioned but still good. Price was appropriate to fish quality and freshness. Great choice of different fish and mussels. Recommended

I’ve been at this place a few times with different kind of people and they all like the food that’s been served. The main thing here is a journey into the Galician gastronomy. You can find anything you desire and it will of a good quality! The only thing is the prices are slightly more then they should be.

we had been told that this restaurant was a seafood paella specialty but it turned out to be a mushoom rice dish with a couple of pieces of seafood placed on top. Very expensive. So if you are looking for a specialty top end seafood experience with an extensive and expensive wine list, this is for you, if you are looking for a reasonable cost delicious food outcome, maybe not.

The menu has pictures of the fish they serve. Everything was perfectly cooked and served. An expensive place to eat but depending on what you like you will find it here.

We came there expecting an amazing journey through Galician seafood cuisine. The service was good but the food was average and we were pushed to order more when a simple seafood platter was more than enough . We will not come back

We were recommended to this restaurant by the concierge of Hotel Arts. We were advised that it was well known for its seafood and fish and being in Barcelona we wanted to try it. All the reviews on TripAdvisor indicated this was a good option for us. The restaurant is quite unassuming and tucked away, not that that is a negative. It gradually filled up with lots of people many of whom seem to be local and regulars. This obviously is a good point. It has a family run atmosphere to it. The menu is little bit difficult to comprehend as a lot of the things you’re buying or choosing is on the weight basis. You therefore need to know what a prawn or lobster is likely to cost you et cetera. Overall I cannot question the quality of the fish but there was something missing. Maybe we were unlucky but our particular waitress did not seem to have the experience to be able to advise us on what to purchase in anyway. Unfortunately the night we were there there air-conditioning did not seem to be working and they have a single fan being used throughout the restaurant which made it uncomfortable. I would not want to put anybody off this restaurant as there is no doubt the fish is of the highest quality. I may well try it again myself but I would expect to see improvement for it to live up to the standards that others have portrayed . I would say I did find it a little bit expensive.

I had the tasting menu, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. The seafood was obviously very fresh and prepared perfectly. They also have an impressive wine selection and the pairings for the tasting were excellent. The tasting menu is 100 euro, which is reasonable for the twelve courses that it includes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you love seafood and want a unique dining experience in Barcelona.

If you're into see food, then Rias de Galicia should be on your list when in Barcelona. It is a spacious restaurant in European standards. We made the reservation through our hotel. Getting to the restaurant was quick and easy. Service is fast compared to other restaurants we've been to in Barcelona. Food is delicious
