Pol & Grace Hotel is a lot more than a 4-star hotel in Barcelona. It’s our dream. We’re a young couple who decided to give this business their name, wishing to give guests the feeling of being at home. A home that has a life of its own, because it reflects our passions. A home filled with Barcelona, its traditions and customs, literature, music and art. A home for our friends, and, as is always the case when welcoming friends and acquaintances, we treat them with care and attention, and offer them the best we have, our smile. We would like you to have a good time and go out and discover Barcelona inch by inch, neighborhood to neighborhood to find the most secretive spots, the most beautiful places, our festivals, traditions, culture and art which all makes us different. If you’d like to discover Barcelona and be a part of this unique experience, we’d be happy to welcome you at Pol & Grace Hotel! #polgracestories

The whole staff was super helpful. Let me check in through my friend's reservation (with notification from my friend), set up a wake up call for me at 4 am, set up taxi for 4:30 am, overall super nice and no worries. Also the room was awesome. There was three of us and we had a large single and a HUGE bed for two to share, honestly could have fit 5 of us in that bed. Honestly if I have the chance to come back to Barcelona I'd come back. They were a 40 minute walk (very straightforward) or a 10/15 minute drive from city center. Also the terrace had a great view of the sagrada familia.

Lovely little hotel in a relatively quiet district of Barcelona. It is sufficiently far enough from the tourist centre to feel you are amongst locals and the Gracia area nearby is amazing -full of small shops and eateries. Everyone is so friendly!

The hotel is small enough to feel boutique, the rooms are bright and breezy. The bathrooms are nice with loads of hot water!

My only negative comments are that you have to pay for bottled water in your room ( over and above the initial freebies). Also there was a delay in getting our room ready at the start (strange considering checkout was 4 hours earlier??). That was not a great start

Finally the staff are very pleasant and helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat.

the hotel is well located, and it is close to Gracia where there are plenty of restaurants. The beds are comfy. the room amenities include a minibar and a safe. Unfortunately there is no way to cook coffee or tea in the room, instead you have to go to the lobby to get it. The breakfast in the hotel is expensive in relation to what they offer. For example, there were no eggs. Since there are several cafes outside the door, I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast in favor of buying good sandwiches at one of the cafes instead

The hotel and room were lovely to look at. Minimalist, stylish, modern. The staff were friendly and it was a nice touch to have a large bottle of water and fruit waiting for you in the room.

There were a few things though that took the shine off. My room was too warm, with the air conditioning unit only working when set to blow warm air rather than cold. One of the most annoying things was the hairdryer, which requires you to squeeze the handle in order for it to work, which means you have to hold it in an odd way, and it takes ages. Unnecessary and frustrating. I was traveling for business which meant I needed to work in the evening, and the WiFi wasn't good. It was slow, and cut off on several occasions throughout the evening.

I wasn't asked how my stay was upon check out, otherwise I would have flagged these things there and then. It's a lovely looking place, but too many minor flaws for me to consider staying again.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The layout of the room is so comfortable, the bed is so big, and the temperature was so lovely (even in winter). We also had our 2 cats with us, and they also didn't want to leave xD They loved sitting on the sofa, and looking out the window. It was very comfortable for all of us. In the lobby there are free hot drinks, and cheap snacks (we had the yoghurt cake for breakfast for 1Euro, and it was super delicious).

I can't recommend this hotel enough, and it's much nicer than many "fancy" and expensive hotels I've stayed in before. It's just sooo comfortable. The bathroom also had a bath, and was bigger than expected in size.

The staff are also extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we need to in central Barcelona. The surrounding area is also very nice, and in the morning we took a beautiful walk to La Sagrada Familia. A wonderful first night in Barcelona! Thank you! Gracias!!! :D

Highly recommend!! <3

I had five nights here at a really good rate through BA flight+hotel deals - so the amount I paid helped my view!

The hotel is compact, well situated and very friendly. the staff are lovely and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean and they have a nice open foyer with free tea and coffee plus a very nice terrace on the top floor for sitting out a chilling.

The bed was comfortable and they have really efficient shutters that block out all the light which is marvellous for sleeping.

My only concern was the thin walls which meant that I could hear too much of what was going on next door. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a room with no one on either side, ideally.

The hotel was in the Gracia region of the city our pick from the airport took us directly to the hotel on arrival. On arrival the hotel the staff at Pol & Grace could not have been more helpful providing information, maps and helping giving advice on booking restaurants & entries to museums and of course the Gaudi attractions including Sagrada Familia (need to pre book on timed entry)l. As it was a wedding anniversary the staff were very attentive, proving a free bottle of wine and an anniversary card which was very sweet. The staff were also great & could not thank them enough for there helpfulness. Well done!
Our room was comfortable & not untypical of a modern city hotel. Breakfasts were additional cost in the basement restaurant. The bathroom needed some work to upgrade the facilities.. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and spent the five days exploring the city. The underground nearby was easy to use as the nearest station was a short walk away.

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, up to date, very nice hotel. Definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay again. Breakfast was excellent with a varied and appetising choice. We particularly liked the sofas in reception and the free tea, coffee and water always available.

Loved the hotel and the genuine warmth of their hospitably and helpfulness of the front office staff who couldn't help enough with any questions or help on getting around etc. They all seemed really happy people and enjoyed their job so nothing seemed too much effort. This gives Pol y Grace a great vibe and long may it continue.

The access to free and tea & coffee and the comfortably lounge area to sit in is a great bonus. I am sure the sun terrace on the roof is great in warmer weather.

The location is perfect, so easy to metro / train lines and it isn't really that far to walk either to town. We liked being in the Gracia barrio/neighbourhood eating and going out in, it's good to get away from the real tourist places.

You can easily walk up to Parc Güell, here you get great views of the city of Barcelona and a fab place to hang out in the sunshine.
