We stayed here for one night after a 7-night cruise debarking in Barcelona. We were immediately welcomed by the lovely staff at the reception desk. The room was clean, with great lighting, and specious. It also had a fantastic bathroom! We got a free upgrade which was an additional pleasent surprise! Breakfast was also very good. The hotel is a bit far from the Ramblas/market ect. But as long as you plan on using public transportation during your trip it shouldn't be a problem! Highly recommend and would come back here :)

An extremely accomodating and comfortable place to stay. The beds, pillows and showers were amazing, better than we've had in most hotels. The car park is secure and the hotel let us leave our car there after we had checked out without any fuss which really helped us make the most out of our trip to Barcelona. Great location, also extremely accomodating for our dog. Highly recommend staying here if you have a pet too

It was a very nice hotel in a lovely location. The staff were very friendly and always helped. The room was a little tired as in the surfaces were scuffed and looked a little dirty. Unfortunately the room did have a slight cigarette odour and the view was onto a tatty courtyard. The breakfast was really nice with plenty on offer and as much as you could eat. The roof terrace is also lovely

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. It is near to the metro so easy to get in to the centre of Barcelona and there are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby as well if you want to stay local. A really nice place to base your holiday/break.

Small, smelly room and the staff manager is extremely rude and unpleasant! The prices of the hotel are those of a 4stars but the hotel standards are barely those of a 2stars! I won’t definitely return there and l do not recommend this hotel! They will spoil Barcelona for you!

We would like to clarify for other guests that laundry service, as mentioned on the room directory, has an extra cost. Our surprise was that you did not want to take care of it having an inappropiate behaviour and using bad words. Very clean and neat. The lobby has free teas and water. Even beer and other drinks are not expensive at all. Giant bed that you can fit 4 people. However, from the room to the hallway, you can hear almost everything.

Requested a crib. Said they’d bring it up. 3hrs later after our daughter had awakened from her nap it still hasn’t arrived. No air conditioning. Room was close to 25C when we arrived. Told us to open windows. Street noise overnight was crazy loud. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep too well. Stay somewhere else!

We had an amazing stay! Our room was big with a big bathroom an bathtub. The recepcionist were really nice! I would recommend this hotel because is also pretty close by walk to one of the main streets in Barcelona and have good restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Great modern hotel with helpful staff. Close to metro stations and a pleasant walk south to Diagonal.
Shopping streets in the area and nice local restaurants make it an ideal spot that is away from all the tourists (but easily accessible by metro to the main highlights)

I'm staying here for two weeks and so far, the staff have been nothing short of incredible. I came to Barcelona by myself to study and they've assisted me in every way they can to make it a smooth transition.

Dear Freya,
As other visitors wrote, the quickest way to arrive to our hotel is by taxi which cost aroun 35€/40€. Also, you could hop on the aerobus and hop off close to Plaza Catalunya, catch the metro lines L6 or L7 to Plaza Molina. Our hotel is 25 meters away from the station.

Concerning your question above, we inform you that in our hotel rooms we do not have balcony even smoke is not allowed inside rooms. However, we have a rooftop open from 9am to 11pm everyday where you could enjoy the outside.
