Pol & Grace Hotel is a lot more than a 4-star hotel in Barcelona. It’s our dream. We’re a young couple who decided to give this business their name, wishing to give guests the feeling of being at home. A home that has a life of its own, because it reflects our passions. A home filled with Barcelona, its traditions and customs, literature, music and art. A home for our friends, and, as is always the case when welcoming friends and acquaintances, we treat them with care and attention, and offer them the best we have, our smile. We would like you to have a good time and go out and discover Barcelona inch by inch, neighborhood to neighborhood to find the most secretive spots, the most beautiful places, our festivals, traditions, culture and art which all makes us different. If you’d like to discover Barcelona and be a part of this unique experience, we’d be happy to welcome you at Pol & Grace Hotel! #polgracestories

An exceptional friendly and capable team welcomed us to this hotel which punches above its weight in all regards - good value, great 10-20min walk from most that you’d want to see as a tourist. Breakfast basic but superb value and rooms are spotless and nicely set up. Our triple was a bit cosy for 3 but we just slept there so not a problem. Some shade on the rooftop would be a plus…otherwise pretty perfect.

Very friendly staff and overall clean hotel which is nice to recharge. The room has nice and interesting arts which is very enjoyable.

The only downside is that the room service sometimes doesn’t follow the card indication to clean/ not clean (like if there was no card, they would just clean the room), or early morning there was time they tried to come in when we were sleeping…

On the positives: excellent location, amiable staff, nice design and quite spacious rooms, very clean, good sound isolation from the street.
On the negatives: very poor sound isolation from the adjacent rooms (especially the ones above). The WiFi connection was not good - as the FB connection wasn't well set up. No gym - which is surprising for a 4-star hotel.

Good location, well-designed and equipped rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. We stayed twice, one night each time, in April 2022, as a stopover en route between home in Switzerland and Andalusia. There's a small car park under the building, and a large public car park just around the corner. Our dog was welcome. Overall, recommended. One small point: it was warm for the time of year, and the room was quite warm, but the air-con system was not working.

I loved this place.
In the middle of a small very noisy street, but once you pass the doors, it's cool, calm and everybody is so friendly.
The beds are so comfy and I really appreciated the bottomless, tea and coffee station.

I was little concerned about the noise complaints raised in some of the reviews. I don’t know what they did, the room was super quiet and very comfortable. Very close to metro stations and I was able to get to all Barcelona attractions by Metro. Highly recommend this hotel

This small hotel has such a relaxed and friendly vibe and the staff couldn’t have more kind and helpful. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace. The rooms are very clean and the location of the hotel is excellent with a metro station almost outside the door. It’s a 5 minute walk to the quieter bohemian streets of Gracia where you can find beautiful artisan shops, bakeries, bars and cafes. Our stay was wonderful, Pol and Grace comes highly recommended!

We enjoyed most aspects of Pol and Grace hotel. Nice neighborhood, just off Les Balmes. Very good staff. Good breakfast. Nice, clean room. One main problem: we were there during a season change and got caught with no air conditioning during a very hot couple of days. The hotel advertises A/C, and apparently has it, but had not switched the whole place over from heat yet for the season. We asked for a fan, but the hotel only has three, and they were all taken. Our room must have been 80°F. The windows only open a slight bit, but after we signed a paper to absolve them of liability, they did what was necessary to allow it to open widely. Much better...except it was quite loud most of the night. Cars, scooters, people, machines, banging...just too much noise. Tough couple of nights. Staff tried to be accommodating, but the heat with no no fan either to move the air or offer white noise was a problem. Go in summer or winter, skip the in-betweens.

This was the 2nd time we had stayed at this hotel. We had a problem with our room on the first night and they very quickly moved us without any fuss. The rooms are modern with huge comfy bed and there is a lovely terrace on the roof. The staff are really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to staying again some time next year.

We enjoyed our visit very much. We have been in the city many times so this location was great for our interests. The neighborhood is excellent, very well connected to other parts of the the city, just around the corner of Plaza Molina. There are plenty of bars and options for eating. The rooms and breakfast were vey good, clean, comfortable and safe as far as Covid-19 guidelines refer. The only con is the wifi quality which was really bad and did not allow us to do some work as expected. Staff is extremely nice, Carles at check-in, Inocencia at the breakfast area and the ladies who took care of daily cleaning did their best. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Dear Freya, As other visitors wrote, the quickest way to arrive to our hotel is by taxi which cost aroun 35€/40€. Also, you could hop on the aerobus and hop off close to Plaza Catalunya, catch the metro lines L6 or L7 to Plaza Molina. Our hotel is 25 meters away from the station. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for any other information you might need. All the best, Alex Montornés
