Very nice place with extremely friendly staff and great tea. Good location, close to restaurants and public transport, yet very quiet. Rooms are specious and clean. All necessities were there, there is nothing to complain about. Great quality for the price.
This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The layout of the room is so comfortable, the bed is so big, and the temperature was so lovely (even in winter). We also had our 2 cats with us, and they also didn't want to leave xD They loved sitting on the sofa, and looking out the window. It was very comfortable for all of us. In the lobby there are free hot drinks, and cheap snacks (we had the yoghurt cake for breakfast for 1Euro, and it was super delicious).
I can't recommend this hotel enough, and it's much nicer than many "fancy" and expensive hotels I've stayed in before. It's just sooo comfortable. The bathroom also had a bath, and was bigger than expected in size.
The staff are also extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we need to in central Barcelona. The surrounding area is also very nice, and in the morning we took a beautiful walk to La Sagrada Familia. A wonderful first night in Barcelona! Thank you! Gracias!!! :D

Loved our stay here. Booked a Twin room on room only basis. Comfortable beds, safe provided in room which was free to use, bathroom with powerful 2-way shower, fluffy towels and nice toiletries.
Our room was close to the reception area where complimentary tea and coffee was available so we were able to use it very conveniently to get early morning tea and coffee. We found a great cafe a few minutes away for a cheap late breakfast (Cafelunya), though breakfast was available at the hotel, for around €12 (I think).
One of the best things about this hotel are the brilliant staff on reception - so friendly and helpful.
The hotel is away from the main touristy areas of Las Ramblas and Gothic quarter, but easy to get to by bus or metro stops nearby.

Very clean and neat. The lobby has free teas and water. Even beer and other drinks are not expensive at all. Giant bed that you can fit 4 people. However, from the room to the hallway, you can hear almost everything.
My stay at Pol & Grace hotel Barcelona, was awesome and wonderful, from the check in, the vibe, the bar, music, art exhibition and art in my room.
I was in 6th floor with a great view and light perfect to focus and to enjoy Barcelona atmosfera in the best barrio.
I had the perfect balance between privacy and welcoming spirit.
I will love to come back soon and feel again the way I felt.
