The room was clean. The staff was polite and very professional. The room was smaller than expected, but it was very cozy and comfortable. We asked for a complimentary gift because we were in our honeymoon and they gave us a bottle of champagne and some fruit. It was great and we would definitely go back again!

We stayed five nights at Eaton HK with our children aged 17, 20 and 22. Eaton was in a great, convenient location. Close to food, shopping, markets and MTR, 7 eleven across the road. We had a Study room and Trio room. Just about the best configuration for a family with young adults. Check in was a bit slow but every other aspect of our stay was excellent. Very helpful staff, one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve seen with something for everyone. Make sure to use your vouchers and have a drink at Terrible Baby, the garden area is a haven after a long day sightseeing. Look no further for a great family holiday hotel.

Room is spacious, air-con is responsive which may easily control the room temperature. The soundproof of the room is quite good that you can barely heard the sound outside, which means you can have a good sleep. The quality of both dinner and breakfast buffet is great. The variety of good suits different people's taste.
