- Lokee4 contributionsWe did the Lantau Island (Big Buddha + Tai O) day tour with Grace today and we would just like to commend her on professionalism and outstanding service! She’s very well-informed, good with time management, and was terrific looking after all 14 participants on the trip. 🤩 Congratulations on having such an outstanding tour guide!
We hope Memory Tours don’t blame Grace for not waiting for that Chinese female customer who was late and did not turn up at the right waiting point today. We overheard that the Chinese female customer made a complaint and it sounded very unreasonable.
Grace did the right thing because the rest of us should not be penalized by waiting for that customer as she was more than 15min late and the rest of us were on time. There is a schedule that we have to follow, and Grace had gotten in touch with all customers the night before to give very clear and explicit directions. It is that customer’s own fault. So please DO NOT penalise Grace, and take it up with the customer for her own failing instead.

We spent enough time on the tour at key sites in Macau and he helped me understand the the local history and where the vibe was, just in case I wanted to come back with more time. The guide Kiyo did a fantastic job explaining how Hong Kong has changed over time and gave some insight to why there is some unrest in how HK is growing. The tour gave me insights into the housing issues, the wealth gap, homelessness, drug addiction, the sex industry and politics. I think that if you want to see beyond the glitz of the everyday HK then this is the tour for you. - Peter B1 contributionWe really enjoyed this bus tour, 3 in all. The Green bus tour was spectacular a MUST DO for any tourist. The only problem we had was finding the start of the blue bus tour, disembarking the ferry go right past the museum. On the main road find Lego store and the bus starts here. The food stops, sight seeing and story telling was delicious, fun and informative. I have done many walking food tours with Secret Food Tours, in many countries and they are always terrific - and this one sure was too. Book it now. The yacht stops on popular spot for passenger shooting. And, their staff are very helpful and lovely. They are not only to introduce the Hong Kong information, and help us to photo taking. Our guide, Alex was great. I walk with a cane so am a bit slow. I literally was holding everyone up but Alex was very patient and solicitous with me.
