Staff are very friendly and helpful. Do very well with services onsite from food halls to entertainment have not seen other hotels provide great services. ie DJ sets onsite and bars. Great location for shopping as it is located between Mong kok and Tsim Sha Tsui. And close to many of the markets

This small but cozy hotel is a gem that I’m going to hold close to my chest, as a tiny pad of joy for unwinding and more. Some of the good things I love:
- Staff serve with heart and smiles
- Delicious breakfast with local flavor - egg waffles and vitasoy etc.
- earth friendly - got rid of single use plastics such as plastic bottles
- rich supply of quality news and entertainment and - TvN, premier league football, DW etc
- pool is rather tiny but the 24 hr gym is a big plus

Eaton hotel located in the heart of Kowloon district in Hong Kong right on Nathan Rd with is a major shopping and entertainment area of Kowloon a few hundreds meter from Star Ferry and Victoria harbour. lean rooms, but very small bathroom.
