This was the first hotel, of our trip, when we arrived in Barcelona. I chose it because it was going to be fairly close to Park Guell and because it offered stress-free parking. The hotel was not difficult to find and parking was a breeze (wonderful when you are jet lagged). The man at the front desk, made us feel at home immediately. We were allowed early check in and taken up to our lovely room. A nice feature, was the automatic blinds (great for that needed power nap). It is a very quiet area for a good night's rest. The breakfast room was very cozy, and had a mellow mood going with the music. The breakfast was excellent: fresh figs, and other fruits on all mornings. Special 'green' juice was offered as one of the healthy alternatives. Couches, pillows, cozy corners, as well as outside options under huge rubber trees (for eating areas). Umbrellas were at the exit and taxis were quick to come. I can't say enough....

This hotel in a quiet upscale residential area has it all. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, very attentive staff and parking (which is great for Barcelona) and Y-fi. It is a metro stop from parking but if you are a walker which we were you can walk to the action. We had a standard room but it was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We stayed two nights an my only regret is that we didn't spend more time at the hotel

It takes a rare breed of hotel to get both the big things such as location, beds, noise management, shower pressure and the small things such as a personalised concierge that points you to the local haunts, breakfast, housekeeping and spatial planning, right.
