Payal, who had entered Bigg Boss OTT 3 on a special episode, immediately questioned Shivani's integrity. She asked, "Why are you lying about this situation?" Shivani tried to deflect by bringing up an unrelated issue about the wedding arrangements, claiming, "In their wedding, there was food only for VIP people, not for general people."
