💥 Michael Bogdanski joins Innoscentia as the new chairman of the board 💥 Following the annual meeting, we are delighted to announce that Michael Bogdanski has taken on the role as chairman of the board. Michael is a strategic and visionary executive who is currently CEO of Micvac - a VC-backed food processing/packaging technology company on an exciting scaleup journey. He has a proven track record of over 25 years of global leadership experience from diverse industries, with a strong commitment to ethical leadership and sustainability. "Innoscentia and Micvac share a joint belief in maximizing the potential of fresh food and helping the food industry ensure optimized shelf life. Tackling the enormous problem of global food waste with innovative food tech solutions is a shared mission that binds our activities. With Michael's extensive industry experience and commitment to sustainable growth, I am confident he will be a great addition to our journey," says Innoscentia CEO Erik Månsson.
