Exciting news from our portfolio company Funnel! Funnel has acquired the marketing measurement company Adtriba. At a time when it is becoming increasingly complicated to collect, analyze and measure marketing data from online and offline channels, this acquisition strengthens the sophistication of Funnel’s marketing insights, and consolidates Funnel’s position as a global frontrunner in marketing intelligence. We are exited to announce that our portfolio company, Guard Therapeutics , has successfully secured approximately SEK 60 million through a directed share issue. Guard Therapeutics is a mission to provide breakthrough treatment for patients with acute kidney injury and this funding will primarily support the Phase 2 POINTER study, focusing on the safety, efficacy, and optimal dosage of RMC-035 in open-heart surgery patients. Fredrik Lehmann commented: “We are proud to support Tobias L Agervald and his team in their important mission to provide a superior protective treatment for AKI. Based on the phase 2a data, we see significant potential in RMC-035. The planned Pointer phase 2b study is well designed to provide significant value to patients and shareholders.” Participating investors alongside Industrifonden include key existing shareholders such as Jan Ståhlberg, Swedbank Robur Funds, and Strand Kapitalförvaltning AB.
