Nothing to do, no activities and they even charge to use the pool table bruh..., lack on food variety, room price not worth it, a lot of what they offer in the site is not even available, we had to go with third parties to Sosua to have some fun. Just save some money and try iberostar that's right next to it.
The Staff was over the top helpful. The foo in the theme restaurants was very good. The pool was very spacious and plenty of good seating. it was super easy to get our COVID 19 tests for our return trip.
Stayed 8 days in a room with an ocean-front balcony. We chose a package adult/deluxe and, it gave us a special private area on the beach and in restaurants. We also had access to a VIP lounge and, the excellent service that Naeli provided us is the reason I am writing this review. Naeli was charming and efficient. She recommended restaurants outside the hotel, made reservations, confirmed flights, made appointments for COVID tests, and expedited our check-in and check-out. If you go I recommend to chose the same package and ask for Naeli.
Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurants are clean and the food is prepared daily. The swimming pool is clean and appears the be maintained daily. Always a great place to stay.
Never come here, this place will have your wait hours before you get your hill room, that’s if you get the right el room and of course everything is broken or not working right. Management is a disaster and will not listen to you they’ll will delay you and aren’t very willing to compensate encase things go very wrong.
