Another wonderful stay at BlueBay. Villas, Playa Dorado in the Dominican Republic. The food is good. The service is fantastic. The resort is still exactly what I’m looking for in a weeklong vacation. Always friendly times around the swimup bar with so many Canadians choosing this spot as their destination. The nightlife wasn’t as exciting as I am used to, but that’s because of the time of season that I decided to travel. It will be much better in March. I don’t think there were even 75 people at the resort all week. My room key stopped working once and it took them two minutes to fix it. My only concern are the purple walkways throughout the resort. They are extremely slippery when wet. Almost as slick as ice. They’ve been this way for a long time so if someone from the resort is reading this, you just need to rough them up somehow. When they’re wet, I simply walk on the grass. Very scary incident last night. I had to come to the aid of someone that had slipped and knocked them self unconscious. I’m heading back in March with a group of friends for their first time :-)

I really liked the hotel the staff very good service a lot of variety in the buffet the pool area clean the rooms also a beautiful view in the beach area I liked the spa the bartenders very attentive the animation very good their crazy games in the pool the mini golf, the shows, the rock and roll party, especially Kelvin. Edwin, Alfredo and the rest of the guys, excellent work, I congratulate you, we will return for the next vacation.

My friend and I went for a girls trip and we had an absolutely amazing time! Beautiful resort with good food, good drinks, fun activities and shows, and very polite staff. The beach and resort were very clean and well maintained. Special shout out to Edwin, Jesus and Kelvin who made it such a fun atmosphere and made us feel very welcome. Loved all the music and dancing! Definitely want to come back!
