When we arrived at airport someone was there to greet and called the driver Siri. Siri drove us to hotel and told us about the island and we asked her to give us a tour the next day and she agreed. We then asked for her to be our driver to the airport.

With their fast and reliable customer service, I was able to see the dolphin Phuket show through last minute arrangement. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. This is how the taxi service is supposed to be. Perfect. The response was quick. All the places drivers reached spot on and all the cars were clean. we hired them for airport transfers and days tours for 2 days. Vi was our driver for 2 days and she is a great driver, good with kids, very cheerful and helpful.

Sirivipha was our designated driver provided by Alex Taxi service. She was very friendly and professional. She gave us great suggestions for sightseeing. Took us to elephant rides, snake shows, tiger park ending with big Buddha temple. We also relied on her for authentic Thai food restaurants, she took us to a beautiful scenic Thai place over the mountains. I would love to travel with her again.

We wished we discovered Alex Taxi Phuket & Tour earlier…. Their airport transfer was professional, easy to book via Whatsapp & arrived early on pick up day. Prices extremely reasonable, half of what we paid with another transport company, and a quarter of what our hotel quoted for a family of 4. We would have done more land tours if we found Alex Taxi sooner…. Next time!
