Alex our tour guide gave us the recommendation to change from Phi Phi Island tour to Phang Nga Bay/James Bond Island Tour,because there was not much to do on Phi Phi Island (Maya bay completely closed in this time) and too crowded to enjoy anyway. So we went on a very unspoiled tour.Just our family and beautiful lagoons,little shell beaches,mangroves and a local restaurant directly on the water.We got more than we ask for.The organization was absolutely perfect.From the beginning - writing with Shaun to our crew on the boat. They took care of every detail. A little drop of blood on your foot, they will take care before you even know.A yellyfish gave you a cuddle and your skin is burning.They will take care of it.Fresh fruits, water and soft drinks of choice. You will get it. Just tell in advance and they will deliver. 5 Star Marine did an amazing job with everything. They organized transport from our resort to go to and from the marina for the tour. Everything onsite was smoot and each with check-in and introductions. The tour itself was an amazing experience with snorkeling, visits to multiple islands, and a wonderful local lunch. The guide and crew were great as well! Incredibly kind and willing to help as much as they can to make the experience better.

From the moment of our enquiry to our full day trip, we received exceptional service from all the team at 5 Star Marine. We would highly recommend them and would use them again. We were two families, children's ages, 9, 13, 14, 16 and 17. We went snorkling at Khai Island, kayaking, sightseeing and an amazing lunch on the floating village. Most amazing experience of all time! Alex and his team was very knowledgeable and they have loads of experience with the sea and islands. Can not rate this company high enough, firstly our private boat tour to Coral Island was absolutely fabulous with Guide Beer. Then we had a minor incident where our 5 year old daughter stood on a sea urgin getting the spikes in her foot. The care and assistance provided by both Guide Beer and 5 star marine was of the highest standard! Highly recommend this company for your next island boat tour!!

I went on a tour with five friends, and we had the best day. Charlie was our captain and was very attentive to our needs. He took us, snorkeling, swimming, to lunch, and to see several islands. They were prompt and very polite. They took so many photos of us, and then sent us a Dropbox, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely use them again!!

We were so thankful that we landed on this tour company. We just had the best day! Our “Captain’s Choice” led us to private beaches, snorkel spots and an outstanding Michelin floating seafood restaurant. Nook was a great host. I will recommend to friends to just do it and book 5 Star Marine at the beginning of their trip in case they want to get out for a second tour. We hope to come back some day and will book you right away.

From the time of contact with the company from back in Australia, we were kept in contact in regard to arrival in country, weather status, what we wanted to do and transport pickup. On the day Alex and the crew did everything to look after us, showing us the best parts without crowds, combining swimming and kyaking into cave lagoons. Lunch was at a discreet boat restaurant at the floating village, seafood was amazing nstead of the larger tourist restaurants. We never felt rushed the whole day or cutshort with any aspect of the tour. We have travelled the world a lot and this tour is at the top of the list.

We recently had a great experience with 5 Star Marine. We took 2 trips 2 days in a row. Our tour guide , Alex , was incredibly friendly and attentive during both trips. He definitely knows the secret spots and made us in “awe” every spots we stopped. He made some adjustments along the way to ensure we made the most out of it. First day, we particularly enjoyed swimming /walking in the cave and witnessed bioluminescence. Phi phi trip was absolutely unforgettable, we loved every minute of it, swimming, snorkeling and dipping in crystal clear water. The service was top-notch starting from Shaun when we first reached out. He promptly answered any questions we had then our tour guide, Alex, and the crews in Lucus 10 & 6. We appreciated the attention to detail in every step of the way. Overall, I highly recommend 5 Star Marine and look forward to use the service visit again in the near future.
