We just spent a week at Maple Grove for our family vacation. We had a bad blow out on our camper tire on the way up, which caused a lot of damage to the slide out. When we arrived, the owner was so kind, he went out of his way to help us find someone to repair the camper damage, the man came within 30 minutes to hotwire our slide out to open and he saved our vacation. He also told us where the best place to get a new tire. Now as for the campground, the sites are very spacious and the grounds are immaculate, you can tell that this campground is loved. The seasonal campers were so nice and friendly, Fairfax is a beautiful town. Definitely recommend this campground it is the perfect location halfway between Stowe and Burlington..

This campground was amazing. The owner was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed, as well as useful info about what is around the are for activities. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were also clean and spacious. The campground is very quiet and everyone is very respectful of each other. All in all, this is a great campground to stay in and we will be returning.

We just finished a 4 night stay here and we're very happy with the grounds. Very clean bath and laundry facilities, level sites, nice friendly proprieters. Love that they are solar powered and have recycling facilities. Surrounding trails to walk and near the Lamoile River to canoe. Only a half hour from Burlington. Not a kid oriented campground.

We are traveling across the U.S. and have stayed in many campgrounds either in a cabin or using our tent. This campground/rv park got great reviews. They had tent spots available and pop up camp trailers you could rent. We thought it would be fun to rent the pop up trailer. Manager was friendly and the rv park looked great. Then we went down to the tent/pop up trailer area. Pop up trailer didn’t look too bad but next to it was a couple in a tent that looked like this was their new home. I’ll get to them in a minute. We were given a key to the pop up trailer but I’m not sure why. There was no way to even secure the door so the lock would hold. When we were in the trailer we basically had to tie the door shut. If we went anywhere we took all of our stuff with us because it was not secure. Trailer itself was cleanish. Floors and sink and counters were clean. Beds were stained and canvas ceiling was moldy. We were told the heater worked but it did not. As for our tenting neighbors, they had trash everywhere. Every time the male came out of the tent he was trying to put clothes on and we saw way more than we needed to see of him. At 10:00 pm when it’s supposed to be quiet time, they came back to their tent from who knows where and proceeded to smoke who knows what for hours. The male resident then coughed and coughed for 4+ hours and after every coughing fit we could hear him spitting all over the place. It was disgusting to listen to. At around 2:00 am, just when I thought they may be going to sleep, the couple then got into a fight which cell phone they were going to watch Netflix on. After that was sorted out we then got to listen to their Netflix show until around 5:00 am. When we finally decided to get going the next day at 7:30 am we got to listen to the coughing and spitting all over again. Our reservation was non refundable or we probably would’ve have just packed up and drove through the night. We might have slept for an hour that night.

Room Tip: Don’t tent camp here! It’s a swampy, homeless person camp area.

I am a travel nurse and was here from June till September 2022. Mike and his wife are wonderful. This is a beautiful, quiet place to be. Wonderful neighbors and great amenities. Best decision on a place to live in my RV!!!! My only regret is having to leave before the leaves fully changed.

Beautiful, quiet setting and spotlessly clean bath and laundry facility. Loved the Apple trees on our site and flowers were planted. Dittos about the owner, Michael. Very friendly and super helpful in every way. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

This is one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. The sites are roomy, the park is very clean and well taken care of. The owner is very nice and helpful. It is a small park but in a beautiful setting. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Surroundings were nice once you were in your site but there in lies the problem. We have a 40 foot 5th. Wheel. The roads in the camp are super narrow. Thanks to hubby's driving expertise he was able to back in and avoid hityy anything. Extensions needed for water and sewer. Could not turn off breaker as it also served the next site. A no no.

Marge and Mike made us feel welcomed as soon as we pulled up. It is very clean. Dog-friendly. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The lots are tucked among the trees. There was a pair of woodpeckers in a tree next to my lot. At night you can sit back and listen to the sounds of nature. We will return next Spring.

Friendliest campground I've been to in a long time. The owner Mike is a joy to talk to who always has a smile on his face and eager to help make you comfortable. Crickets, birds, and frogs oh my! So peaceful! Pet friendly as well. Highly recommend!
