We picked this hotel because it was top rated in swift Current. It was more expensive but figured we pay it to have a better room. The common areas of the hotel floors were dirty. But we didn’t think much about it until we got to our room. The room was dirty The beds looked like they had been slept in and the top comforter looked like it had fell on the floor it was dirty with little hairs on it. The second bed had a hair pile in it. And there was either coffee or blood on the ceiling I went down and got another room which was cleaner but still not what you’d expect to get from a nice hotel. but it was late and we wanted to get some sleep! The beds were comfortable. So we slept good until morning when the walls are so thin that when people were talking outside you thought they were coming into the room. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

We had our hockey team book a block of rooms, the hotel booked us on 3 different floors not together, security guard harassed us the entire time literally standing outside our rooms listening. There was a homeless man living under the stairwell. Not a very relaxing place to be. The hotel staff swore at one of the boys(13 year old) for asking the front desk if they knew about the homeless man living under the stairs. The security guard entered one of the rooms without consent and told the 2 boys who were watching tv to shut off the light and go to sleep. Who does this??? I asked to speak to the manager and was disrespected from the front desk. I did finally talk to the general manager and was basically told that the staff was overwhelmed and they just had a bad weekend with no consequences for there actings. On the good side the hotel was clean, breakfast was good but does not make up for all the actions that the staff had caused us. I would definitely look for another place to stay as ratings 9 out of 10 reviews was sadly overrated. I have stayed in a large number of hotels and have never been treated so badly.

As a busy hotel, we understand that all our guests have different needs, and it’s our job to do our best to accommodate this. We also understand that as a hotel who hosts multiple hockey teams, with those teams comes excitement and enthusiasm. We do our best to work with all teams to figure out how to best meet their needs and ensure they have comfortable accommodations during their time with us. This can be a balancing act, as we have several other types of guests staying in the hotel, with different needs. The staff along with security worked together to try and address any concerns that guests had and keep the hotel quiet and comfortable for everyone. Staying here for work purposes long term. By far the best continental breakfast at any hotel in Swift Current. Very clean facility and great staff. They treat you like your at home. I would highly recommend this hotel. Pool is fun, waterslide is extremely fast but fun. Weekends get a little crazy, but hotel staff take care of any needs required.

So I decided to book a room for an upcoming trip with my wife. She left me in charge of booking the room. I have stayed at the home inn and suites before, and the clean rooms and friendly staff were the reason I booked again. When I got to the bottom, it asked if I had any special requests. My wife wasn’t there to tell me no, so I made 3. 1. The room as far away from the elevator as possible. 2. As many pillows as you can legally give me. 3. A framed picture of Nicholas cage. When we checked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who told me all my requests were met. Oh boy!!! I quickly checked in and raced to the room. Not 1, but 3 pics framed of Nicholas cage. 20 pillows on my bed. And as far away from the elevator as possible. The room is super clean, quiet and well above expectations. The staff are awesome and I recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in Swift Current!

Amazing experience with this hotel! The front desk crew were efficient, friendly and fun.
The entire building was not only clean, but constantly being kept clean. Every level of hotel staff I encountered was pleasant and helpful.
Rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and plentiful.
Having stayed in countless hotels for business over the years, this one stands out in a very positive way.
I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Swift Current area.

We called early to check if early check-in was possible as we arrived in Swift Current around noon, but the rooms weren't available. As a result, we checked in pretty late at the hotel, around 10:30 pm, but they were still happy to check us in.
Our room was situated close to the very side of the hotel. We were confused initially as we were dragging our luggage that we stumbled upon the stairwell at the end, but it turns out, our room is past that stairwell. While far from the elevator, at least we were close to the side stairs, where we conveniently parked.
The room was decent. Pretty well-maintained. The mirror light in the washroom was fancy though! Loved that.
Breakfast choices were pretty diverse. The sausage was heaven! And above all, they have a pancake machine *insert heaven sounds here*! For me that was enough. Pancake machine, instant 5 stars. I think I ate 10 of them.

Definitely the cleanest and nicest hotel in Swift Current. Nicer than many downtown hotels I’ve stayed in as well. Myself and 5 of my crew members are staying here, and the staff are very friendly. Brittany checked us in and was very kind and accommodating to all of us!

Had some trouble finding it, but once I got there, everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was good and room was large. Didn't get to try the pool, but that's because I arrived quite late and only stayed for one night (I was on a road trip)

Yes, we always have freshly brewed coffee (decaf also) in the lobby as well as freshly ground coffee, and hot beverages such as hot chocolate and French vanillas in our touch screen coffee machine...all free of charge.
Every morning we feature hot items such as eggs, waffles, and a meat item (bacon or sausage). We also always have fruit, cereal, yogurts and other options available to you. Upon request we also have gluten free options!
