About
The Living Sky Casino is southwest Saskatchewan’s top entertainment destination. Located on the Trans-Canada highway, the casino offers excellent accessibility to the million plus vehicles which pass through the area each year. The $35M casino is a joint First Nations economic development with File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council, Nekaneet First Nation and the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority. The File Hills Qu’Appelle Tribal Council is the development partner for Living Sky Casino, which is made up of 11 Member Nations. The Members are Nekaneet First Nation, Wood Mountain Lakota First Nation, Piapot First Nation, Muscowpetung Saulteaux Nation, Pasqua First Nation, Standing Buffalo Dakota Nation, Little Black Bear’s Band of Cree & Assiniboine Nations, Okanese First Nation, Star Blanket Cree Nation, Peepeekisis Cree Nation and Carry-The-Kettle Nakoda Nation.

Stopped here for a late dinner and to kill some time on a road trip.
The food at three restaurant was really good. Everyone had something different and enjoyed their meal, and the prices were very reasonable.
Casino is smaller than it looks from the outside. There also weren't many games we recognized from Vegas or other recent casino visits.
Bar service was great. Love having a draught in an icy, chilled glass!

We had a great dinner there, the food was fresh and tasty. Nice stop for travellers. Even took a few spins on a machine and won 48 dollars.

While staying at the Holiday Inn for one night, my husband and I decided to check out Horizons Restaurant inside the casino for dinner.
We arrived around 7:00 pm on a Tuesday night and both the casino and restaurant were practically deserted. After reviewing the menu, we were seated and promptly greeted by our friendly server.
My chicken and shrimp noodle bowl was outstanding - one of the best meals I have had in a long time. My husband enjoyed his generous fish and chip meal as well. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the unlimited free refills on our diet cokes.
Very comfortable setting and reasonably priced meals. They are open noon-9 pm daily and were quite busy with the various food delivery services.
We don't gamble but the casino seemed very nice, clean and fresh smelling (a nice change from the forest fire smoke outside).
We would return for dinner for sure, next time we stay in Swift Current.

We had a lovely time at the casino. Social distancing was good and face masks for all. Lots of wiping machines down. Never felt uneasy. It was a nice experience. Will be happy to go again.

Located beside the Holiday Inn we decided to take a short walk to see what they had for dinner.
The casino was clean, the restaurant was good and had a lot of choices. We chose the steak special and chicken fingers and fries. There were some great vegetables with the steak and the salad was fresh. The chicken finger were just right.
The beer was a little warm but we had a second at the casino bar and it was much better. I chose a glass of Bodacious and it was delicious.
A good place to stop even if you don’t gamble.

Every time we visit there seem to be fewer machines, except in the smoking section, which is blue with smoke. No drink service but free coffee and soft drinks beside the bar. Restaurant is handy, with a small but varied menu and decent prices. Service good.

Now granted I may have gone at a busy time but the 19 minute wait for a table seemed excessive. The waiter was decent but my Steak and eggs were cold and not prepared properly. I had to ask for a refill and he never once checked in on me. Not at all worth the wait or the hype.

We stopped here for some entertainment while on our bus trip.The casino was in nice shape as everything was clean and it took all my money.The staff were very helpfull and they offered a shuttle to and from our hotel.

We are pulling a 28 ft travel trailer with a pick up truck. Travelling to Lethbridge - can we park at the casino? What is the charge?

Hi. Some area of the parking lot is set aside for RVs. Not RV site but can spend night if needed. Probably best to see if space is available as summer is busy time.
