Stayed during a stop over on way back to Ontario from Alberta. Looked good online and price was great. Check in was good and front desk person was cheerful and helpful. In elevator it looked like it had not been cleaned in a few days. Rug needed to be vacuumed. Room was spacious and the linens on the bed were so soft and appeared clean. On long counter a few spots where something had been dropped and not wiped up. Home provides a cleaning cloth so wiped counter down. Great modern fixtures in bathroom but there was calcium build up on spout, kind of gross looking. In bathroom looked like someone had spilt something on wall and it wasn't clean below sink level. Bathtub had a what looked like dirt or sand in corners. Dark flooring in bathroom really showed dirt in corners. The pool area seemed much cleaner and kids had a ball on water slide. The pool attendant was really attentive and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was really good and again staff was great. Overall improve housekeeping quality and this would be a awesome place to spend time.

The hotel is only 3 yrs old but already showing signs of neglect, my room bathroom had dry wall screws showing thru and not being repaired, I went to pool area and the windows facing the fitness centre were rusting badly. The front of the building had lots of water stains on the face, which tells me there is a water problem. There is a Holiday Inn Express just across the street, suggest trying it....I have always had good luck with HIE hotels.

One of our stops on a weekend getaway for our 30th anniversary. Everything was great and the staff even left a bottle of wine in our room. Very friendly staff and the room was great. Close to the casino and had a great meal there.

Yes, upon request we will make sure that you room is prepared without the use of chemical cleaning products that we use, as well as no air fresheners.
