We got a room here on the way home to Regina as the roads were to bad to travel. The hotel is very swank and nice. We had the hot tub and pool all to ourselves it was great. The place was very quiet and clean and perfect until the 8 am repeated knocks on the door from House keeping. We had our do not disturb sign out and only had the room for the night so would be checking out at 11 so I was not impressed at all to have them knocking on our door. Other then the very inconsiderate housekeeping it was a nice joint. And the casino was right there for some fun ;)

We stayed in this hotel overnight during our trip to Fernie. We liked it very much, it’s new with modern décor. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a pretty good selection, however, the sitting area is a little small and gets pretty busy around 9 am. My kids loved the waterslide, pool could be a little bigger for a hotel this size. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in the door we found the staff to be really accomodating. We were travelling with other family members and due to us selecting a different type of room than the others, we had been placed on a different floor. When the front desk realized this (prior to us arriving), they found a room for us on the same floor as the rest of the family that had just been vacated and rushed housekeeping in to prep it for us. When we arrived at the hotel 30mins later not only was the room ready and spotless, the staff had our requested playpen setup for us too. In every other hotel I have requested a playpen in, not once has it been setup and waiting for me.
The beds here are amazing!!! Truly the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in! The rooms were quiet and dark too... we all slept really well. The pool and hot tub were great and the waterslide is fast and fun. Though I didn't have time to use it, the exercise room looked to have high end commercial gear in it too. Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items available. They offered a tasty strawberry sauce and whipped cream for their waffles.
The hotel is in a great location right next to the casino and mall with lots of restaurants nearby. This hotel is by far my first choice in the Swift Current area and I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here back in 2018 and our kids never forgot the awesome waterslide! They have begged since then to go back so we finally obliged. As always, the rooms were so clean, spacious and the staff are friendly and always accommodating! My kids once again enjoyed the pool and the slide! We have stayed in many hotels all over the US and Canada and this is by far one of the best ones we have stayed in! We will be back :)

The service at this hotel was outstanding and so accommodating! We felt extremely comfortable and safe to enjoy one night for our family to feel some normalcy during this crazy year. The room was very clean as well as the pool area. Very worth having a little night vacation away and we were treated so well . Very grateful !

The staff were very friendly and willing to help with any requests. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable The shampoo, conditioner and hand soaps were bath and body works products. We had robes, slippers and the kitchen area had a breakfast bar, top plate, full fridge, coffee pot, utensils, wine glasses, etc. The swimming pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. Walking distance to the mall, casino and a wide variety of eating establishments

I stayed here while driving a long distance trip (third time stay under similar circumstances). I did not realize how popular this facility is with weekend casino guests and family’s enjoying a weekend away with the indoor pool. I was looking for a good rest, but found it very noisy for sleeping. When I did get to sleep the fire alarm went off and woke me sometime around 1100, but by the time that I got up and gathered my valuables, it was turned off. Then, at 320 AM, someone was running down the hallways. Again, I was awake. So, I got up and got ready to leave. There was a nice lady getting the kitchen ready for breakfast, who made me some coffee for the road and checked me out. I would stay here again, but would avoid weekends.

Stopped in for a over night stay while traveling.
Great Location, clean and spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms. Comfortable Beds.
Absolutely no complaints about the stay and highly recommend this property. Hot breakfast in the morning is excellent and spacious, safe parking lot area.

Kids loved the water slide and we all had a great time at the pool. It wasn’t busy at all when we went so it was nice having the pool to ourselves. It was great to have breakfast included before we checked out too. Staff were pleasant and friendly. We would stay here again for sure.

Unfortunately we are not pet friendly. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes, upon request we will make sure that you room is prepared without the use of chemical cleaning products that we use, as well as no air fresheners.
You'd be best to call the hotel front desk for the answer to that question.
Thank you for the inquiry. The pool/hot tub hours are 9 am to 10 p.m. and waterslide is on from 4:00 p.m. to 10 p.m. We are predicting they will both be functional for your enjoyment.

Yes, we always have freshly brewed coffee (decaf also) in the lobby as well as freshly ground coffee, and hot beverages such as hot chocolate and French vanillas in our touch screen coffee machine...all free of charge.
Every morning we feature hot items such as eggs, waffles, and a meat item (bacon or sausage). We also always have fruit, cereal, yogurts and other options available to you. Upon request we also have gluten free options!
