Excellent Service from check in to check out! Friendly front counter staff! Great rooms, great pool. Christmas morning every room had a stocking; nice extra touch!! Would stay again when in Swift Current.

Room was great, Bed was comfortable, amenities were perfect. we stayed there for 5 days, one incident still makes me upset... a room attendant was in our room cleaning it as my fiance and i were working on our computers, the housekeeping supervisor (maybe- she had short hair) came into our room while the lady was cleaning and started to demand/yelling things at her. right in front of us. This made me upset as i worked housekeeping before and it is very demanding/stressful and she wasnt respecting the worker and had no regard for us. she was rude and didn't apologize to the worker or us. this gave us a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of the stay.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. While I'm happy to read that your room was comfortable and that you enjoyed our amenities. I'm disappointed to read about your experience with the housekeeping staff. That is certainly not characteristic of my staff, however I will definitely be passing your comments onto the staff, as that situation should have been handled differently. I can understand how off putting that must have been, and for that I apologize. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

My trip was for medical reasons and this was during a time of need for reasonable rates and comfortable beds and guest rooms. All of the friendly services provided this for our family. It was close to the hospital.

We really liked the hotel and the staff were great. However, very disappointed in the pool. It was very dark and not that big. There was very little places to sit and the chairs were not great. The hotel itself is a great place to stay close to shopping and the casino.

Thank you for your review, and I'm so glad to read you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that you were disappointed in our pool. With the short days during the winter, the pool can seem very dark. We are currently looking at purchasing different seating options for the pool, so that guests can be more comfortable while watching their families swim. I have stayed at this location in the past when traveling to Swift Current for work. Newer clean hotel, with nice size rooms. It has everything I require when traveling for business. The location is close to amenities.

I wasn't sure how family friendly it would be since it was right behind the casino, but it was quite family friendly. Pool was very nice, clean throughout entire building. Bed was very comfortable, slept like a log.
