Well the hotel is nice and clean, I believe the breakfast should be served one hour later, if you are on a vacation it is nice to sleep in, also we had our door tag please do not disturb on the handle until we left at 11:00am then we turned it around. We left for the whole afternoon to come back to a room still not made up, it was never made up we left again for the evening and it still wasn't made up, when I checked out the next day there was no apology or anything she just said some rooms sometimes just get looked over, it will probably be our last stay in Super 8 St. Paul

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience you experienced on your last vist. We never intentionally miss cleaning a guest room. My housekeeping team clean rooms on all floors. The housekeepers make notes of the Do Not Disturb Signs. They periodically check to see if the sign is removed. Upon completion of their shift they do check again to see if it is removed. If the sign is still there they do not clean the room. You may have removed your Do Not Disturb sign after they had made their last check (that is what I believe happened). For any future stays with us I would recommend if you use the Do Not Disturb Sign after you remove it later on in the day just stop by the Front Desk and let us know that you would like your room cleaned. We would be more than happy to go back and clean your room. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication we really do want your stay with us to be the best it can be. We hope you will give us another chance should you be in our area again. Take Care!! For any future reservations please feel free to contact me direct via our toll free number at 1-866-866-0688. Have a Super Day!!!

The beds were very comfy. Lots of quality pillows. The cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast was ok, typical hotel breakfast. It seemed hard for the host to keep up the restocking and the clean up. Guests can be messy. The staff was friendly. The BUT was the horribly noisy climate control in the room. The fan would kick in and it sounded like plane taking off or a compressor kicking in. If you adjusted the temp only a degree or two it would flip from ac to heat and vice versa. Ugh made for 4 very sleepless nights.

Very nice hotel. Clean and mainly quiet, there was a baseball team staying at the hotel so the pool was full and the room above us was very noisy. Breakfast was good, simple, and well stocked. I always enjoy fresh waffles for breakfast. Front staff was friendly but didn't give any of the normal information like pool hours or location but we found it. I don't know the deal with the popcorn, whether it's self serve or what since we got in at 6 one night and left at 11 the next morning but I wanted some popcorn after my visit the empty machine was making me crave it. Room was clean, ac was wonderful to feel on such a hot day. Would visit again

Stayed this weekend and wasn’t overly impressed. Had called to upgrade our reservation three weeks prior and upon arriving the change wasn’t made. Asked if we could still upgrade and the front desk clerk said he didn’t think so. Asked if we could get a cot to accommodate the change and he wouldn’t be able to look until 11pm because he was the only one there. Called down to front desk for extra blankets and again was told he was the only one there so we would have to come and get them. We had our one son sleep on two of the chairs in the room for the night. The next morning asked if we were able to upgrade or get a cot. The new front desk clerk said she wasn’t sure why they wouldn’t have done it the night before. I went out to my vehicle by the time I came back in, the cot was in our room. However, we did have to remove the mattress from the cot because the frame didn’t fit anywhere in our room. The cable tv went out that night as well. My only suggestion would be to have more staff upon check in enabling them to provide better customer service. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, the pool and water slide were great. Staff were nice but again I would suggest having additional staff to support the volume of customers.

Thank you for commenting on your most recent stay with us. In order to improve our property on a daily basis we rely on guest feedback. Unfortunately, when you checked in we did not have any suites available to upgrade you to. We apologize that your entire family was not able to get a good nights rest. We really should have brought you a cot up immediately after you asked. I will be discussing this with all my team members during our morning huddle. We have desk agents on 24/7 to help you with all your needs and requirements. When you visit us again, please feel free to contact me direct via our toll free number at 1-866-866-0688 and I will be sure to exceed your expectations. Thank you again for letting me know about your stay. We look forward to your return. Take Care and Have a Great Day!!

You never what you are going to find in a small town but Super 8's are usually very predictable. The lobby is very spacious and the staff are friendly.

The room was common but clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.

The breakfast is minimal and choices are certainly limited with no protein options at all. Coffee is good though.
