Thank you Rob Magowan and Design Leaders Community for inviting me into this energizing group of leaders. It’s more important than ever that we talk with one another and share our thoughts on how our industry is evolving under the influence of #GenAI. It’s exciting to be a part of such a big disruption but even more so to be able to navigate with a community of leaders who are so inspiring.
We have spent a considerable amount of time working closely with our Founding Members to develop a platform that truly serves its community.
Taking this into account, there are still a few members remaining for us to introduce to you...

These are the days one really needs to savor. Building a global #dreamteam is a passion project I’ve been obsessed with for the past two years. It’s slow and careful work to ensure that amazing people are able to be amazing in a new place and with a new team. The mix of team chemistry, raw talent, creativity and intelligence is a delicate alchemy that’s not easy to get right. That’s why we all have such powerful memories of these rare moments when we were part of something special. Because of this, I’m thrilled that Lindsey Mosby has decided to come back to her Sapient roots and help us define what’s next in healthcare. Welcome (back) Lindsey Mosby! We’re thrilled to have you on our team!
Ok, first things first. I know many have been (and still are) looking for that next career adventure. For those who have been in the market for a few decades, we look back on those halcyon days of multiple “please pick us” offers with fondness and a lil’ longing because, well, today? Yeah, that’s not the experience most of us are having. It’s more of a hurry up n’ wait moment for a lot of seriously talented, badass, experienced and eager jobseekers. Not quite as fun.
That being said, after what has turned out to be an absolutely amazing, near year-long respite (give or take a few small gigs), I’m really happy to share that I’m (re)joining Publicis Sapient as part of their Healthcare, Experience & Innovation leadership teams. (Kinda crazy. Back in 1997, I was part of Studio Archetype, the first company Sapient ever acquired.) I’m totally psyched. Like goofy, first day of school, psyched.
The fact that former frogs, Abby Godee and Teaque Lenahan and J F Grossen and Joe Fletcher (and maybe more) are here just adds to the fun. Big shout out to Abby Godee for hiring me on TWICE now. ; )
So, that’s my news! I think what I’d like to stress is that, if you are in search mode, know that it will come. It will. It’s taking longer than we might like, but the work and the roles are there. Just gotta be patient and tenacious. And, if your sitch allows for it, enjoy the time you have to be open and exploratory. The gigs will come but these pockets of “leisure” are likely few and far between. Soak it up. As my Mom would say, “go ahead and have a good day, since you haven’t made other plans.”
I hope you all are well and trekking the trails that make you happy. Much love. Linds
I feel so lucky that one of my favorite people has decided to join us on our transformation journey at Publicis Sapient. This is going to be so much fun!
#dreamteam
It was great to spend time talking with David Cushman along with my colleagues from Publicis Sapient. It's fun when you can engage on such interesting and insightful questions about the impact generative AI is having on the world of #digitalbusinesstransformation including the upcoming great CX GenAI disruption. Exciting times ahead!
Every day, our global Experience team gets excited about helping our clients transform their experiences for their customers, patients, citizens, employees and partners. Together with our other SPEED capabilities (strategy, product, experience, engineering and Data/AI)we are equally excited about being able to deliver on these ambitions through amazing engineering and thoughtful delivery. That is why I’m so proud we were recognized in #idcmarketscape as a leader in #ExperienceDesign and #ExperienceDelivery. What’s the point of designing amazing experiences if you can’t bring them to life at cost and performance levels that your business demands? I’m so grateful for my #dreamteam!

Almost two years ago, when I joined Publicis Sapient as CXO, I knew that amazing things would be possible with Sapient, but also through synergies with Publicis Groupe. Today, I couldn't be more excited about the announcement of the tremendous investment and effort we're making to super power our people with Generative AI in order to turbocharge our clients' growth. After another record year ahead of expectations, with organic growth of +6.3%, Publicis unveils AI strategy to lead group into its second century: Six years after shifting from a holding company to a platform, Publicis today launches CORE AI to become the industry’s first Intelligent System.
Arthur Sadoun, CEO & Chairman of Publicis Groupe commented: “Our journey from a holding company to a platform has not been easy, but it definitely paid off, as you can see with our 2023 organic growth outperforming the industry for the fourth year in a row. The platform organization we have built over the last decade, our proprietary data of unmatched breadth and accuracy, and the 45,000 engineers, consultants and data analysts at the heart of our model, uniquely position us to push the boundaries even further by leveraging AI.
Putting CoreAI at the heart of our organization and truly becoming an Intelligent System company will make our people more efficient and more productive. But way more importantly, it will allow everyone to do things tomorrow that no one can do today, guided by the highest ethical standards, and at the service of our clients’ growth.
As we enter our second century, we are confident that all of the efforts we have made to transform and the ongoing investment we are making in our people and technology will allow Publicis to continue to outperform its peers on organic growth, sustain the highest financial KPIs, and lead the change in our industry.”

I really loved what J F Grossen, brought to our Publicis Sapient overview of all things CES. His Experience-based perspective brought a human voice to the sea of technology innovations on the floor of the Las Vegas convention center.
That's a wrap of CES 2024!
Over the last few days, the sense has been, on the most part, excitement. The proliferation of AI feels tangibly different compared to other technology we've seen before, where the hype never reached adoption. AI has real world use-cases that are beginning to be launched at scale. What is clear however, is that it’s easy to become led by the tech, rather than the people, and that every single organization needs to be human-first.
CES 2024 might be over, but the opportunities have just begun. Make sure you have signed up to the PS CES Insider's Club. Stay tuned for strategic recommendations and next steps on how to implement the best technology for your industry use cases directly from our experts.
