Forget #B2B or #B2C - The Future is #P2P :) Glad to get the positive feedback I did at the end of the session. I chose this interesting topic to speak on today at the 7th Marketing Innovation Summit @Bangalore basis all my 4 decade+ live experiences across the corporate and entrepreneur sectors and multiple industries. The importance of people, peerworking, leadership, human touch, culture, personalisation of communication, services and customer experiences for business growth can never be undermined even as we move towards a more cold, transactional, online and tech based digital world. All the more needed in this cold transactional world. And the realisation that great Marketing work and big spends by itself does not stand a chance to sustain growth and profits consistently unless supported by all the points above was stressed. And my take is that P2P wins hands down vis a vis hardsell by paid #influencers or other big spends. At the end Business, like Life is all about balance :) Happy to continue this journey of sharing with audiences across the spectrum to look at new ways of doing old things :) #marketing #branding #communication #customerexperience

Rather than focusing solely on others, individuals should cultivate a profound curiosity for self-discovery, prioritize outcomes over individuals, nurture robust connections, and lead with guidance rather than authority. There’s a race on to capture value from digital and AI, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies are in danger of falling behind both retailers and consumers. It’s not for lack of trying. Like most sectors, CPG companies have been on some form of digital and AI transformation journey. But most of them are stuck in the pilot purgatory stage characterized by plenty of subscale activity and little at-scale value. Our analysis of digital and AI maturity has shown that CPG companies are among the poorest performers.
