“I worked with Lindsey at frog design. We were both on the Executive Leadership team. Lindsey led the healthcare practice at frog and grew it successfully to be one of the largest sectors for frog. At the executive level, she proactively organized strategic efforts to move frog forward. She did it in an inclusive way bringing others along with her efforts. She knows when to lead and when to generate support. She engaged in the difficult discussions and did her best to help frog leadership make decisions. She courageously pushed hard when she needed to and did so respectfully. As a practitioner and VP of Strategy, Lindsey could lead multiple projects at once while lifting up the capabilities and skills of the frogs on her teams. She was gifted in business development because of her excellent communication skills, passion for her work, and deep expertise in healthcare. As a person, Lindsey is all heart. She cares about those around her and finds time to build relationships at all levels. Lindsey is an executive leader who thinks and acts with her head and her heart. She is one of the most inspirational leaders I have had the pleasure of working with. She will be a phenomenal leader and driver of results wherever she goes. I would be honored to work with (or for) Lindsey at some point again. ”
