Whether it’s publishing, the music industry or manufacturing, technology remains a major disruptor across various sectors. So, what lessons can publishers take from other tech-driven transformations? This weekend, thousands of people took to the streets of Warsaw to demand a new era of LGBTQI+ rights in response to the increasing threats these communities have faced in Poland in recent years. Our LGBTQI+ umbrella network, Queerseite, joined the Pride Parade to show support and solidarity. Together with the crowd, our employees turned the streets in the heart of the Polish capital into a rainbow of colors, standing up for diversity and a free, open society. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere was in stark contrast to last year, when rainbow flags were openly burned.
