I’ve stayed at this facility many times. It has always been adequate for a utilitarian stay. It reminds me a little bit of a nursing home as far as the general feel. Not a honeymoon suite. This most recent Saturday night I was overwhelmed by the thick clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke inside and outside the hotel, both morning and night. As a place that caters to blue collar, transient workers maybe I shouldn’t be surprised. The staff were sympathetic but what can you do?
We hate losing our loyal guests and are extremely sorry for letting you down during this visit. We understand the importance of clean, comfortable, and well-kept property when you are a home away from home and sincerely apologize for the smoke odor you encountered. We have strict policies where we prohibit smoking in some areas so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it appropriately. Once again, we are sorry for letting you down, and we hope to have you and your family back for the seamless stay you deserve.

The staff made our family feel so welcome and at ease. Answered all of our questions about the region and gladly printed off all documents we needed to enroll our daughter in local schools.
The hotel is clean and safe feeling. Near the mall, Wal Mart, and Target (but you wouldn't think it when you sleep peacefully)

The manager, Gary... Is THE MOST WONDERFUL, accommodating and caring person I have come across in customer service in a VERY long time. Considering our situation, we were in limbo between homes, with 3 kids ( an infant, 4 & 8) It was HARD ENOUGH! Most people would not really care...Gary, and his team were FREAKIN AMAZING. While you can totally hear my wild children & screaming infant across the hotel, no one ever complained or acted annoyed with me... they were great to the kids, and did more than they are expected to, to help me out.
I honestly cannot thank them enough.
The rooms were very clean, anytime I needed anything, they always had it and got it for us right away... THEY EVEN CLEANED MY CAR OFF IN THE MORNING AFTER IT SNOWED!!!
Not only that, Gary went out of his way to help get the cost as low as possible to help because we had to stay for awhile.
I am just so thankful and more than impressed, I honestly wouldn't go to another hotel, even if it was a quarter of the price.
